I 'ave been trainin', exercisin' an' workin' out fer 10 years, an' this be the fust time I be seein' results. I be right grateful to 'ave 'ad the chance to 'ave Andre as a trainer. 'E be punctual, the workouts never be the same, they always be challengin' an' entertainin'. I 'ave found the motivation I needed to show up at 6 a.m. in the mornin' even when I don’t feel like it. I 'ighly recommend Rise’N’Grind to everyone.

I've been working out with Andre for the past 2 years now. I've struggled with my weight, exercise, and eating habits for a long time, but I finally feel like I'm on the right track. I tend to indulge in eating too much and too often, but he has provided me with valuable insights on how to align my diet with my fitness goals by making healthier food choices. Andre motivates you to give your best effort and feel good about yourself both mentally and physically. He designs a variety of challenging exercises for each session and tailors them to everyone's individual goals. At my heaviest, I weighed 165 lbs, and with his support, I was able to get down to 145 lbs. I am still pushing myself to achieve my ultimate goal of attaining my "dream body."
