Every Monday morning for the past four years, I begin my week by entering a workout space filled with vibrant kettlebells of varying weights and being warmly welcomed by Mujib with a friendly, "How was your weekend?" We discuss the physical activities I've participated in since our last meeting and how my body is feeling. What ensues is an hour of lifting, swinging, and movement guided by Mujib's thoughtful, knowledgeable, and insightful instruction.

This consistent routine, always customized and tailored to my specific requirements, has not only increased my strength significantly but has also revolutionized how I move and utilize my strength in everything I do, from mountain biking to carrying groceries. Mujib's guidance has not only helped me perfect my form when lifting kettlebell weights but his unique and purposeful training approach has heightened my awareness of accessing my strength and understanding how my muscles function as a unified system. Consequently, not only have I made significant progress in the weights I can lift, press, deadlift, clean, or swing, but I feel more secure and stable as a mountain biker and skier, and more deliberate in daily tasks such as lifting heavy objects. Through my kettlebell training with Mujib, I have cultivated a natural reflex that utilizes my core strength in the most harmonious and effective manner.

I sought out Mujib when I was 55 due to a minor muscle tear in my shoulder, knowing he had successfully helped my husband recover from a more severe shoulder injury. I continue to train with him because working with Mujib is the ultimate activity for me to maintain strength and continue enjoying a variety of sports and physical pursuits as I enter my sixties.

Even though I am quite the active person, I had never delved into the realm of strength training. It was only a couple of months ago that I decided to give it a shot, and let me tell you, I am absolutely hooked now! Mujib is an absolute guru when it comes to coaching - his expertise and attention to detail are truly impressive. His passion for what he does is infectious, and I now eagerly anticipate our training sessions. Not only has it been incredibly beneficial for my body, but it has also been an absolute blast. I cannot recommend working with Mujib highly enough!

I've been training with Mujib twice a week for more than a year now. Whether we're focusing on building power or improving endurance, the workout sessions are consistently dynamic and demanding. I have never sustained any injuries from Mujib's training routines, and in fact, he tailored special workouts for me when I was rehabilitating from ankle surgery last winter. Mujib truly motivates me to strive for peak athletic performance!

Throughout my 52 years, I have had the privilege of working with various coaches, trainers, and sports influences, but none have compared to Mujib! He has not only guided and motivated me to achieve my peak physical fitness, but our long-standing training relationship has evolved into a deep bond where he is not just my trainer, but also my mentor and friend. As a dedicated kettlebell marathoner who has qualified for Kettlebell Worlds, as well as a Nordic skier, runner, and competitive dragon boat racer at a global level, Mujib's guidance and my love for kettlebells have elevated my performance in all my favorite sports.
