I worked with Michael for 6 months and managed to shed 10-12% of body fat and 22 pounds. Apart from the physical transformation, I really appreciated Michael's insight into the whole process. It was enlightening to understand the rationale behind each workout and how they were tailored over time to ensure sustained progress. Michael is one of the finest trainers you could come across. He clearly has a genuine interest in your progress and wants to see you advance swiftly, but always with safety in mind. I had the pleasure of having a few training sessions with him about four years ago, and when I decided to start a program with him earlier this year, I wasn't sure if he would remember me. To my surprise, not only did he remember me, but he even recalled some of the issues I had with previous injuries and technique tendencies that required attention. Despite the majority of our workouts being conducted remotely due to my busy work schedule, Michael guided me every step of the way, promptly addressing any questions I had and ensuring that I still felt supported and attended to, even without in-person sessions.
