I 'ave worked in the Fitness field fer over 7 years, and in me time Michael 'as been the most educated, motivatin', and carin' trainer I 'ad the privilege to work with. Leavin' the fitness world made it difficult to keep fitness a top priority, and 'ad gained a good amount of weight. When I decided to take control of me 'ealth again, there was no question who I was goin' to turn to. Michael takes great pride in developin' programs to fit the needs and capabilities of each client. I 'ave already seen results on the scale, in strength, and me cardio endurance; and most important for me is I'm feelin' me confidence in meself restore again. I mostly train from the comfort of my own abode, mate, but I got hooked up with Michael for a bit to make sure my form was on point for the big lifts. Top-notch gym, for sure. Even though I wasn't initially aiming for gains in size or strength, it's clear this gym caters to all needs, and Michael really came through for me.

Personally, I'm partial to home workouts, not because the gym or trainers fell short, but just 'cause I prefer skipping the commute hassle.

Michael proved to be a top-notch coach, prioritizing mobility before diving into the workouts.

I am a "young" senior who decided it was about time to get in shape, as I had let myself go for too long. With arthritis in my hip and having experienced a minor stroke, I was relying on multiple doses of Advil just to get through the day and mask the pain. Working with Michael for nearly 3 months has yielded incredible results. My mobility and strength have improved drastically, and I now experience far less hip pain than when we first started. I am much more active now that I've started rebuilding my strength. His focus on my well-being and his ability to boost my confidence have been truly transformative, and for that, I am genuinely grateful. He motivates me to stay on course by continuously educating me on what is healthy for me and how I can make a difference in my wellness. Following my back surgery nearly three years ago, Michael graciously reached out to offer his assistance during my recovery. He exhibited great patience as I was eager to resume weight training and my workout routine in general. Each training session is tailored to suit your objectives and how your body is responding. Michael possesses a wealth of knowledge and consistently seeks to advance his education, reassuring to know that he is committed to evolving as a trainer!
