Carrie is an absolutely fantastic personal trainer! She was the driving force behind my achievement of being able to join my nephews at Burn Bootcamp. I needed to increase my strength and confidence to reach my goal. I enrolled in 20 sessions, and after 8 weeks, I was ready! Carrie fully supported my objective and motivated me to enhance my strength and confidence. She was a tremendous source of inspiration and encouragement for me! Her consistent enthusiasm and vitality made her challenging workouts much more bearable.

When I started working with her, I lacked knowledge about proper form and how to target specific muscle groups during exercise. My glutes were extremely weak, leading to constant strain on my lower back. I couldn't understand why my back always ached. Thanks to her guidance, I now understand how to engage my core properly to alleviate the strain on my back.
