The strength training machines are all-in-one, allowing you to perform over a hundred different exercises without needing to switch between machines. Each 30-minute strength training session is part of a customizable 24-session program, with the machines adjusting the weight, reps, and pace based on your progress. It's like a "workout for dummies," perfect for beginners or those new to strength training.

For cardio workouts, there are elliptical machines and treadmills with multiple programs at various levels. These programs typically last around 15 minutes and guide you through inclines, resistances, and speeds for an effective workout.

The Harvard club where Koko is located is clean and well-maintained, with staff available in the morning and late afternoon/early evening. However, with your personalized program, you can access the facilities anytime between 5 am and 11 pm, offering great convenience.

I'm absolutely enamored with this fitness centre! After attempting strength training solo and at a conventional gym, neither quite hit the mark for me. Koko's tailor-made, bespoke, self-sufficient program is an ideal fit. The team is top-notch too. Most of the time, you're self-sufficient, but when you require assistance, they're right there for you!
