I was trained by Max when he was offering his services in NY, in the Albany area. He is an absolutely fantastic trainer and incredibly adaptable to our requirements. As a guy who wasn't very fit and hadn't previously done much gym work, Max managed to devise a flexible program for us to follow. He encouraged me to push myself beyond what I thought was possible and made the experience enjoyable. A top-notch trainer with a wonderful personality - I can't speak highly enough of him!

I collaborated with Max in New York a couple of years back! When I made up my mind to pursue D3 soccer, he guided me through the fundamentals of weight training, which I incorporate into my routine every day now! He assisted me in establishing a solid foundation of muscle mass and getting ready for the team workouts that I joined shortly thereafter! Max was amiable, reliable, and kept me on track. I must say, Max is absolutely brilliant! I'm currently in the midst of shedding a considerable amount of weight, all the while grappling with arthritis in my knees. During our training sessions, Max places utmost focus on my knees, constantly tweaking my form to accommodate this vulnerability. A few months back, I had to part ways with my former trainer, and I was anxious about finding someone just as competent. But as it happened, I am much more satisfied with Max than I ever was with my previous trainer. I had to shed around 150 pounds, and I'm thrilled to report that I've already lost 100 under Max's guidance. I am confident that with Max leading the way, I will reach my ultimate goal.

I've known Max for a good 12 years now as a mate, and for around 5-6 years as my (mainly) online coach. In those 6 years, I've relocated 3 times, switched up my fitness goals countless times, and had a variety of workout spaces and resources at my disposal. Each time, Max has posed all the right questions to grasp my fresh goals and available time commitment, and devised a top-notch workout scheme, which he has kept lively by tweaking every couple of months. He's inquired about which workouts I've taken a shine to or felt most positive about, and customized future plans accordingly. Throughout that period, I've grown much sturdier and fitter (physically and mentally). During the initial days of Covid, he arranged a brilliant home workout regimen that, combined with regular runs, saw me through remarkably isolating times. Max has also crafted schemes for me that have drastically lessened or eradicated my knee and back discomfort, which had pestered me and hampered my ability to partake in some of my beloved activities for 4-5 years.

As others have noted, as much as Max excels as a trainer, he excels even more as a person. Having been raised as a dedicated athlete, I am well aware of how poisonous the realm of competitive athletics can be, and I cannot imagine a better coach, role model, or mentor for young athletes (and the not so young).

I wos a personal training client wif Max for a couple years and it wos a fantastic experience. Working wif Max held me accountable to meet my fitness goals of feeling strong and healthy. I worked out wif Max a couple of times a week. My workouts were designed to minimize risk of injury, improve mobility and strength, and keep my interest by incorporating new movements. I always felt safe wif Max. Besides designing excellent workouts catered to my needs, he was also a joy to be around. He is very encouraging, respectful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. If he was still located in my area, I would absolutely still be working with him.
