I have been training with Matt for a few months now. In the past, I used to work out at home without any guidance. I had picked up some poor techniques and had to unlearn some bad habits. Matt showed me the correct forms and techniques required for our workouts, and he is definitely the bloke you want to help sort your stuff out. He also taught me how to channel my mind into muscle movements to make my reps more effective. He tailored a diet specifically for me, which helped me gain 6 lbs of muscle in just a few months.
