Be Fit South Shore Boot Camp has been a staple in my life since they opened their doors 7/8 years ago. I was a bit skeptical of the workout format at first, but this place is truly unlike any other gym. BFSSBC&T offers multiple workout times throughout the day to accommodate anyone's schedule, along with personal training sessions and a strong focus on nutrition. All you have to do is walk into the studio and your workout is already planned out for you - all you need to do are two important things: 1) show up and 2) put in the work, and you'll start seeing results from your efforts in just a few weeks.

Leon and the coaching staff are fantastic, ensuring that everyone is executing the workouts correctly and providing encouragement and support to all who come through the door. There's a real sense of camaraderie and mutual support among members. This is the best gym I've ever visited! Leon, the owner, is always around and extremely helpful with any questions you may have. The ambiance is lively and uplifting, and everyone is incredibly motivating. They cater to individuals of all fitness levels with a personalized plan. The trainers are fantastic, always cheerful and smiling! This experience has been so rewarding - not only have I shed some weight and significantly increased my strength, but I've also become more confident. There were times when I doubted myself, but they demonstrated that I can achieve anything I set my mind to. Truly an amazing place.

Joining Be Fit was the best decision I could have ever made for my health. I have been working out at Be Fit for almost 2 years now. I initially signed up thinking I would just commit to a year, but now I can’t imagine my life without Be Fit. I am feeling amazing in my clothes, energized, motivated, and strong! I cannot recommend this gym enough - it's an awesome mixture of support, community, and motivation. The coaches are so knowledgeable, friendly, and entertaining (always getting the group laughing). I absolutely adore this gym. I've been a regular here for over 5 years now. The trainers are incredibly encouraging! Just finished an 8-week booty boot camp and my sister-in-law patted my bum, astonished by the results. I'm absolutely loving life thanks to Fit Body Boot Camp. There are countless gyms offering quick fixes and low monthly fees ($10), but sadly many of them lack the personalized support and education that members truly need. At FBBC, I feel like I'm part of a close-knit fit family where I receive constant encouragement and guidance from skilled trainers who adapt to my individual fitness level. The best part is being able to join classes with people of all ages and abilities and still feel fully engaged in the workout. These 30-minute classes have not only transformed my physical appearance but also completely shifted my mindset towards fitness. As a grandmother of three, I now have the energy and strength to enjoy active moments with my grandkids, all thanks to FBBC. Absolutely adore this place!!

After going to the gym 4 times plus a week for over 10 years, my body was basically on a fitness plateau where I couldn’t find energy, motivation and sometimes not even desire to continue working out, until I found Be Fit on a Facebook add and without hesitating I drove there and signed up! The best decision I made, lost 10 pounds on first month, got motivation from the fantastic personal trainers they have not only to exercise but nutrition facts as well! Yes, they gave it to me not only the unlimited Boot camp but also the small group work out( basically a one on one training up to 7 visits allowed per month) that corrected my posture of years of wrong doing exercises. I couldn’t be happier with the results and I’m so thankful for all the support they gave it to me. Highly recommend Be Fit!

Fitbit Boot Camp has really fit well into my hectic schedule. The instructors are absolutely fantastic. Don't be put off by the name "Boot camp." All the workouts can be adjusted to suit any fitness level, age, or most injuries. The sessions are just 30 minutes long, perfect for those with busy lifestyles. Motivation, accountability, guidance, and fun are all part of the experience.

I'm updating this post because 4 years later, I'm still a member of Be Fit and everything I previously mentioned still holds true today. Be Fit has expanded and improved over the years, now providing additional options to enrich your fitness journey with Personal Training and Sculpt and Shred. Their weight lifting programs are exceptional, catering to all fitness levels, led by top-notch instructors. They are with you every step of the way, ensuring proper form and pushing you to achieve your potential and goals. The community here is uplifting and supportive of everyone who comes in. You never feel like a stranger, and you're never alone on your fitness journey.

I began my fitness journey with Be Fit years back and saw fantastic results. After attempting to go solo with home workouts, I quickly realized the crucial role Be Fit played in my routine and hightailed it back! It's the top-notch gym with a fantastic vibe and exceptional coaches.
Ever since I joined the Sculpt & Shred program, I've noticed a significant increase in my strength. This has been a game-changer for my daily tasks at home, my job as a nurse, and keeping up with my two little boys. I've been hitting up Be Fit for 'bout a year now, poppin' in 2-4 times a week. The folks there really know their stuff, they're patient and kind, and they've really pushed me to lift heavier. Their keen focus on form and safety is top-notch. I was never much of a gym-goer, always preferin' outdoor activities, but now I can't picture my life without these sessions at Be Fit. I've tried out their semi-private personal training, boot camp classes, and most recently, the Sculpt and Shred program. Let me tell ya, Sculpt and Shred is an absolute gem of a program with a big emphasis on heavy lifting. It's got a sweet mix of weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, and mobility drills that leave me feelin' mentally tough, physically fit, confident, and flexible.
