212 is absolutely smashing, mate! It's not just any ol' gym, I'll tell ya that. Kerry, Heather, Sean, and the rest of the gang are proper legends, and the place itself is top-notch with cracking equipment and spick-and-span cleanliness. Folks have been sweating it out there for yonks (over a decade, mind you), but even when I jumped in, I felt right at home and seen, ya know? Every class or session I attended had folks of all fitness levels and ages, and I've even made a few mates along the way. It's mint not having to stress about what others think or how you measure up against someone else. You're just doing your thing at your own pace, while the trainers push you a tad, innit? There's loads of cool stuff on offer beyond the usual classes and sessions, like workshops on soft tissue and challenges that last a good few weeks. 212 has really set the bar high and completely altered my expectations for what a gym/health center should be like. Plus, the 212 crew are dead friendly and hilarious! If you're mulling it over, you should definitely pop in for a gander in person. Cheers!

Most individuals might assume that as they grow older, their strength will diminish. This is not the situation for those who are part of 212. At the age of 66, I am achieving fitness milestones that I never deemed feasible! This accomplishment is solely attributed to the guidance I receive from Kerry and his exceptional team of trainers!! I must say, this gym is absolutely splendid! The atmosphere is so welcoming, it's like being part of a close-knit family. It's a fantastic blend of enjoyment and hard work. Whether you're attending classes regularly, having sessions with your personal trainer, or simply utilizing the open gym space, everything is meticulously planned out for you. I was slightly apprehensive during my first visit, but within moments, I felt completely at ease. They always offer alternative exercises in case you have limitations or previous injuries. It's not just a run-of-the-mill gym - the staff knows you by name, your fitness goals, and any physical constraints you may have. They are constantly exchanging information among themselves, so if you're in a group class, they are well-informed and readily available to assist you. And if you ever find yourself unsure about something or need guidance on which weights to use, they are always there to help! Moreover, they provide nutrition plans, ranging from creating a tailored plan for you to keeping a food log for review in one-on-one consultations with Alicia. Although I haven't been a member for a full year yet, I can confidently say that I won't be seeking another gym – it's worth every cent.

I've been frequenting this place for roughly 3 months. I began with small group training sessions and just commenced attending the group classes this week. I've trained with nearly everyone and appreciated the unique approach each trainer I've collaborated with brings. It's evident why numerous members have remained here for years. The team and members are amiable and hospitable, and the trainers excel at adapting when necessary while prioritizing proper form. I'm truly delighted to have discovered 212. Eagerly anticipating progressing on this fitness journey alongside them.

I recently joined this gym after nearly 2 years of being inactive, and I must say that I am thoroughly enjoying it. The trainers here are exceptional and possess a deep understanding of how to cater to individual needs, such as injuries and pacing, even in a group setting. I never once felt self-conscious about my lack of fitness upon my return. The entire staff knows you by name and creates a welcoming atmosphere with a real sense of community.

The health and safety measures in place are top-notch, making it easy to maintain a safe distance during workouts. The exercises I engage in here are challenging yet enjoyable. In just 5 weeks, I've learned numerous new movements and utilized equipment that was not available at my previous gym.
