I 'ad been 'avin' lower back and IT band issues for over a year, and the Line Method was the only thing that got me back to me normal routine of runnin' and exercise. Highly recommend to keep everythin' aligned and strong!

My experience at the Line Method was absolutely brilliant; I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. My body truly felt the impact for the following days, which I see as a very promising sign (haha)! Erin was fantastic! She explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood the purpose behind each specific movement/exercise. The focus is on supporting the client, and Erin exemplified how she would achieve this, which is truly commendable! I also appreciated the personalized sessions; this is what sets you apart from many other fitness facilities. Overall, it was a remarkable experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend the Line Method to my clients. 10/10!

Eva's personal classes have been a long-awaited aid to my back rehabilitation journey and fitness comeback. The sole workout regimen I've managed to commit to faithfully. I 'ave 'ad such a splendid experience doin' private sessions with Erin at The Line Method. I didn't 'ave any prior reformer pilates experience, but Erin 'as been such a great teacher, and I've truly enjoyed me sessions. Erin really takes the toime to understand me goals and 'ow me body is feelin' on any given day. The sessions therefore feel truly personalized and specialized. I've been goin' for 3 months and am seein' great improvements in me strength and flexibility. Highly recommend! Cheers!

If you happen to have EDS, this splendid place is just the ticket for you. My trainer, Victoria, provided me with both mental and physical backing to focus on my physical wellness within and beyond the studio. One shall certainly feel properly looked after in this establishment.

Eva and I have been focusin' on posture and mobility. I've been chuffed by the progress we've made in such a short time. Honestly, it just feels good to put in the effort! Eva pushes me 'ard, but gives back with encouragin' enthusiasm. Sessions are always on time, full of energy, and a blast! I also appreciate 'er online content, which gives me direction and motivation to keep movin' on our off days. Watchin' 'ow 'ard she works reminds me that I can always find a few minutes each day to move in a way that suits me at that moment.

I 'ad a bloody good time at The Line Method. Erin was right patient and knowledgeable, she did a smashing job explaining each step in the workout to me and made sure I felt proper comfortable. It was a real treat getting to experience this, and I could feel the workout in so many bits of me body. The atmosphere was dead relaxing, this was the most enjoyable workout I 'ave 'ad in ages.

Eva is an absolutely brilliant instructor: she's got the knowledge, the empathy, the motivation, and a great sense of fun. I've been doing Pilates for 20 years, and let me tell you, Eva is up there with the best trainers I've had the pleasure of working with. I cannot recommend her and the Line Method enough!
