I am truly touched to read any less than satisfactory reviews about this gym. I initially enrolled in the 6-week challenge with the goal of shedding 20 lbs. However, I only managed to lose about 3 lbs. But hey, I take full ownership of my progress... the journey and the challenge are mine to conquer. Accountability lies with me. No external entity, be it a gym or an individual, can do the work for you; they can solely provide motivation and assistance. The program is impressively structured, drawing from Brandi's personal insights, extensive research, and education. Despite my modest weight loss, I have discovered an incredibly supportive community that I am proud to be a part of. I never feel inadequate or uneasy, and I eagerly anticipate each class. The range of trainers, classes, and schedules caters perfectly to my needs, and the convenience of registering through the app is a game-changer. Additionally, by simply extending a greeting, I have had the pleasure of meeting some extraordinary individuals. Thank you, Brandi, for cultivating this wonderful community!

This place has truly changed my life forever. Not only do they provide you with exercise, but also nourish your soul. ❤️ The community is great, and the teachers are AMAZING. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to start working out. Their dedication is unmatched. Give it a try, you won't regret it. Shout out to my coach JEFF! I've had some personal training classes with him and oh my gosh, he's amazing! Big thank yous! 🥰

I absolutely adore Feed Your Soul Fitness! They offer a diverse range of classes at different times of the day and evening, suitable for all levels of fitness. The team of trainers, nutritionists, and coaches at Fysf are very supportive and dedicated to assisting you in achieving your fitness objectives.
I've been a member for nearly 8 weeks now and have noticed improvements in my strength, energy levels, and have even shed some extra pounds! Additionally, they occasionally hold free workshops that are both informative and enjoyable.
Donna Ramirez (6/10/25, 5:25 AM):
I am totally loving Feed Your Soul Fitness! I've been attending in-studio workouts three days a week. The gym has implemented many safety protocols since COVID. I feel secure, and surprisingly, wearing a mask during the workouts is not as bad as I thought it would be. It doesn't impact my performance whatsoever! The team is truly dedicated to the well-being and safety of the members. It's a fantastic, supportive community to be a part of.
Marilyn Ward (6/8/25, 6:05 PM):
Every single good thing you've heard or read about this place is completely accurate. Brandy, the owner, has cultivated a positive fitness atmosphere and oversees a group of coaches who are not just fitness experts but also deeply care about the members. When I became a member in 2017, struggling with improving my health and severe asthma, FYSF truly saved me. Even now, in the midst of this pandemic, my physical and emotional well-being remains robust thanks to the fantastic coaches at FYSF. I will forever be thankful for this establishment!
Terry Rodriguez (6/8/25, 4:19 AM):
I've got access to endless free workout classes, so why am I shelling out for Feed Your Soul Fitness sessions? The difference is like night and day. FYSF classes are shorter, way more intense, and jam-packed with variety. The coaches are constantly cheering you on. You're not just another face in the crowd, but a crucial part of their tight-knit community whether you're there in person or on Zoom. I'd strongly suggest reaching out to Coach Brandy and giving a couple of classes a go. The diversity will toughen up your body, boost your agility, and keep your brain fully engaged. Red Metzger

Feed Your Soul Fitness is a place where you can come and truly feel like you're among friends! The classes are intimate, and the coaches are always there to lend a helping hand. I've discovered my second home here, despite facing some physical challenges, they provide me with the support I need to feel at ease. The team and Brandy are absolutely amazing! 😉
Juan Carter (6/2/25, 1:16 AM):
This place has provided me with the support I required to help change some unhealthy habits through exercise and nutrition. I am still getting acquainted with people in the community, but the trainers and classes have been fantastic. I truly value the fact that the trainers know you by name.
I have already lost about 8 lbs in five weeks, have significantly more energy, enjoy meal prepping and cooking healthy foods, and I am more driven to make better choices for my health overall. Achieving big goals seems more attainable now, and I am excited about them. I now understand what it takes to reach them.
Terry Martinez (6/1/25, 4:31 PM):
When I first met Brandy, I wasn't sure if it would be a good fit. I took the leap and it turned out to be the right choice. The coaches are fantastic and the community is supportive. It's a fabulous setting to work towards my personal fitness goals.
Karen Jackson (5/29/25, 8:07 AM):
This gym is absolutely fabulous for those seeking self-improvement. The proprietor is a brilliant proponent of holistic health and is a godsend for women who may be grappling with physical and mental hurdles, particularly regarding body image and eating patterns. A good number of classes run for 40 minutes. Even I find it feasible to stick to this routine three times a week. If you are not at ease in a studio setting, many classes can also be accessed online. Overall, my balance and strength have increased significantly since I joined. Go ahead and give it a shot. You might just astonish yourself with your potential!
Alexander Evans (5/29/25, 3:41 AM):
I've been attending FYSF for a few months now, and I must say it's the first and only time I've felt truly motivated to stick with my workouts! The trainers are top-notch, and the intimate group setting creates a fantastic and encouraging environment. It genuinely feels like a close-knit community. Both trainers and fellow members are friendly and supportive, and the workouts are truly effective. Lately, I've been receiving wonderful compliments about how much slimmer I look, and I can confidently say it's all thanks to FYSF!
Daniel Gray (5/27/25, 2:01 AM):
FYSF offers a great blend of structure and flexibility that suits me perfectly. I book my gym sessions, usually opting for the Small Group Training classes, and arrive ready for a fast and efficient workout. With classes available every day and convenient timings, it's easy to fit into my schedule.
The trainers are the standout feature, they provide a tough and demanding workout yet maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere. The absence of a competitive, macho culture that I've encountered in other fitness programs is refreshing.
Paul Brooks (5/27/25, 1:20 AM):
If you're wanting to take back control of your body and prioritize self-care, I can wholeheartedly recommend Feed Your Soul Fitness. I've been a regular attendee for over a year now, and I absolutely adore the trainers and the supportive community of women and men who participate in the classes. There's no judgment here; just a group of individuals just like you, all working on building strength and feeling good about themselves. The classes are just half an hour long, so it's not a huge time commitment, and you'll start feeling the benefits within a few weeks. Their challenges are fantastic programs that provide guidance on exercise and nutritious eating. If this sounds like what you're after, give Feed Your Soul Fitness a try – you won't regret it.
In these Covid times, I want to express my gratitude to Brandy and all the FYSF trainers for creating and offering online workouts that allow me to exercise from the comfort of my home, as someone at risk for Covid. It's been incredibly convenient; I've been able to stick to my workout routine without missing a beat. The staff checks in frequently, showing genuine care. I truly believe that maintaining my exercise routine has not only benefited my physical health during these challenging times but has also greatly enhanced my mental well-being. If you're like me and prefer not to go to a gym, consider joining FYSF. You won't be disappointed.
Judy Cook (5/24/25, 11:21 PM):
I started with Feed Your Soul fitness about 6 weeks ago when I saw an ad for the 6-week challenge. At the time, the ad felt like a sign (considering summer was right around the corner and I hadn't been working on my summer body at all)... so I joined thinking this was going to be the perfect kick start to the pre-summer fitness journey that I tell myself I'm going to start every spring. And it was! FYS is a very comfortable place for me. I've had memberships at a few gyms here in Denver and elsewhere, and this is one of the only gyms where I've truly felt "at home" (corny but true). At first, I thought that 30-minute classes weren't going to be enough of a butt-kick, but I was wrong. Every move you do in an FYS strength training class is like 2-4 workouts in 1 (you're never just doing a squat... it's more like a sumo squat with a bicep curl into a shoulder press). Everyone's always moving for the full 30 minutes, you stretch as a group before and after the workout, and the workouts will have you sweating HARD every time. FYS is an awesome little community with a bunch of really cool & badass trainers - and I'm proud to have renewed my membership post-challenge. The 6-week challenge is a good program for someone who needs a kick-start & motivation to get back in the gym (or someone who hasn't been in the gym ever and needs a place to start). The meal plan was great as well - especially for someone who hasn't been formally taught how to eat clean. I was slightly disappointed with how highly the accountability coach was valued at in Brandi's original orientation presentation.. just because I didn't really feel like my coach was ever really holding me accountable for eating properly, working out outside of FYS, etc .. but at the same time, welcome to real life where adults have to hold *themselves* accountable for getting stuff done. So I wasn't too upset about that. Overall, I really do love FYS, I'm super stoked that I've renewed my membership, I love the trainers (Anthony & Sarah are my favs but everyone else is great as well), and I'm really excited to watch my progress continue!
Theresa Johnson (5/24/25, 10:49 AM):
Don't hesitate - come on board! I've been a member of the FYSF community for almost a year now, and I can't recommend it enough. My previous attempts at fitness and weight loss were not successful, despite my efforts. However, FYSF offers everything you need - workouts, nutrition guidance, support, and a sense of belonging. I love attending classes at the studio - wearing a mask is not bothersome if you're worried about that, and I feel totally secure and clean :) - and I also enjoy participating in live online sessions where you still receive individualized coaching and the camaraderie of a community, all from the comfort of home. Thank you, Feed Your Soul Fitness!
Patrick Brown (5/23/25, 5:47 PM):
I signed up for FYSF 8 weeks back. Today, I plucked up the courage to go clothes shopping. It's been a good few years since I actually liked the reflection staring back at me in the mirror. This newfound happiness and feeling of wellness is something I haven't experienced in ages. A big thank you to all the coaches for guiding me on this path. The support from the FYSF community kept me going during the workouts, even when I felt like giving up. It had been over a year since I last stepped foot in a gym, but now I genuinely enjoy my gym sessions and feel the urge to work up a sweat.
The scale may not have shown much progress, but the pictures proved to me that changes were indeed happening, and I couldn't be happier about it!
Kyle Gonzalez (5/22/25, 9:11 PM):
I've been coming to Feed Your Soul Fitness for 2 years and 8 months now! I can't imagine my life without it anymore. It feels like home to me. I aim to go at least three times a week. And if you're curious about how it has been during Covid, well let me tell you! They are taking all necessary precautions with professionalism. The spacing is well thought out, and all equipment is regularly disinfected. I did the at-home workouts when I had to, but I much prefer being in the studio. Wearing a mask hasn't been a big deal at all. I want to experience the full effects and have access to all the equipment to achieve the best results possible. The trainers are all so professional and caring at all times.
Emma King (5/20/25, 12:42 AM):
Collaborating with Brandy and the FYSF team has completely transformed my life! I've spent years fluctuating in weight and grappling with placing fitness and health at the forefront of my priorities. Nearly a year into working with Brandy and her team, I find myself stronger and healthier than ever before. The philosophy they uphold and the incredible community they've fostered resonate deeply with me. Their offerings cater to individuals across all fitness levels. I foresee myself remaining a dedicated client and active member of the FYSF community for the long haul!
Amber Ramos (5/17/25, 11:59 AM):
Feed Your Soul Fitness has made a significant difference in helping me get back on track with a regular exercise regimen. The classes are tough but not overly draining, which motivates me to return for more. The class schedule is flexible and convenient, making it easy to fit in workouts amidst my busy and unpredictable schedule. The instructors are highly skilled and carefully plan their sessions, ensuring that each class is unique. Every visit introduces me to new exercises and stretches. I highly suggest Feed Your Soul to those seeking demanding workouts suitable for individuals of average fitness levels.
Leonard Hayes (5/16/25, 7:54 PM):
I'm absolutely loving this gym! It's not just about the classes and the fantastic nutrition coaching, but the people here genuinely care about their members. I suffered a physical injury and had some family issues that made it difficult for me to attend my usual classes. They kept checking in on me, making sure I was okay. I'm truly impressed by their dedication. If you're on the lookout for a fitness program and you're unsure where to start, give this gym a try!
