The Hudson location is one of 4 Fitness Asylum locations, and each one has its unique personality! I adore the spaciousness of Hudson and the ample room for boot camps and specialty programs. The trainers at Hudson are exceptional, and I show up every day at 5:30am Monday through Friday. I enjoy the workouts, the people, the music, and the variety of exercises! If you're looking to shake up your routine, give FA a shot, and you won't want to leave!!! It truly feels like a FAmily!!!!

🌱 When I was a newbie to fitness and feeling unsure of where to start, the coaches at Fitness Asylum met me right where I was at by offering modifications and guiding me on proper form.
💪🏻 As I got more comfortable with the exercises in the boot camps, they gradually removed the modifications and added weights to keep pushing me.
🤕 Dealing with various injuries from life, they helped me find alternative exercises to maintain strength until I fully recovered.
🧑‍🧒 When my son expressed interest, I didn't hesitate to introduce him to Fitness Asylum. He's been coming since he was 12 and now at 15, he's still enjoying it.
This month marks my 5-year anniversary with Fitness Asylum, and my love for it continues to grow!

I absolutely adore the fantastic instructors and the intense bootcamp-style classes. I can pop in and enjoy a thorough full-body workout encompassing bodyweight exercises, weights, and kettlebells in just about an hour. These workouts certainly enhance my strength for the sports I engage in; I can feel the difference on the ice or court when it's been a while since my last session. The classes are instrumental in preventing injuries and elevate my performance to a higher level. I've also dabbled in various specialty classes such as boxing, strikefit, and kettlebells, from which I've gleaned valuable knowledge and enjoyed fantastic workouts. It's a wonderful community of individuals who all motivate each other to stay fit and healthy.

I became a member of the Fitness Asylum in February of 2023. My husband had been part of it for quite some time and thought I would enjoy it, so he convinced me to give it a go. And boy, am I glad I listened to him earlier because I absolutely adore it! The team is fantastic, the coaches are top-notch, and the friends I've made there truly enhance my workout experience! I'm a morning person and usually head to the Hudson location, as it's just a quick 3-minute drive from my house. Shout out to my 6:30 am crew - you guys rock! Through this journey, I've discovered so much about myself and my capabilities at the gym. I've shed pounds by taking on a couple of body challenges and have built up some serious muscle and strength. Being a part of such a supportive and empowering community is something I take pride in. The camaraderie among staff and members, the continuous cheering on and motivation to push ourselves - it's truly remarkable. I highly recommend giving Fitness Asylum a shot because trust me, you won't regret it! They often have special offers for new members to test out different classes and instructors/locations before committing long term, which I think is crucial.
