I just finished up a round of classes and already snagged another pack. I'm really loving the classes offered here. I've trained with Inez, Ruth, and Stephanie. They all bring something special to the table.

One thing I was a bit wary of was getting pushed too hard, but that's not the case here! They completely respect the weights I choose for myself.

The atmosphere is super inviting. Sometimes I stick with just the bar or take it easy because it's been a while since I've done weightlifting and I'm still figuring out my limits. I never feel judged or like anyone's paying attention to what I'm lifting.

All that matters here is that you're giving it your all and challenging yourself. And if I ever don't understand an exercise, they're always cool with explaining it to me once, twice, or even three times 😅

Plus, the warm-up is thorough and so necessary! They really prioritize preventing injuries and maintaining proper form.

You should definitely give them a shot!! It's such a supportive environment for all body types, ages, and skill levels :)
