Top notch professional! If you're experiencing any discomfort, give Ekemba a call! I could hardly climb stairs before seeking his expertise. The pain in my hip and leg was excruciating, but thanks to Ekemba's guidance, I am now pain-free as long as I stick to the program he designed for me.

After a severe bout of sciatica pain, my massage therapist suggested I consult with Ekemba regarding his program. Having tried physical therapy and exercise in the past for my back problems, I was hopeful that Ekemba would offer some words of encouragement – and he did not disappoint. Despite some initial reservations due to financial constraints, I decided to make a three-month commitment to his program and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Over the course of those three months, I noticed a gradual improvement in my sciatica pain and felt a newfound sense of vitality and achievement after each session. Ekemba and Maya are not only highly skilled but also incredibly motivating, and the camaraderie amongst the class members added to the overall experience. When the first month came to an end and it was time to renew my membership, I didn't hesitate one bit – the classes were worth every penny. As an added bonus, I managed to shed five pounds during the program.

Currently, my travel schedule prevents me from enrolling in another three-month session, but I fully intend to return. This class is honestly the best I've ever been to for improving my physical strength. Ekemba has really come up with some techniques that target every single part of the body, from the joints to all the different muscle groups, even the fascia and nerves. The most excellent fitness program in the city, with the most outstanding coach, Ekemba Sooh! I highly suggest not only giving it a go but sticking with it for several months to witness firsthand how your body will steadily transition from a "frozen" state to feeling "alive and kicking". The regimen requires dedication, yet I managed to take breaks for trips and resume where I left off without lagging behind. Ekemba has a knack for turning challenging workouts into purposeful and joy-filled experiences.

As a 27-year-old runner who has struggled with back issues since my high school days, I have tried various methods such as physical therapy and chiropractic care to alleviate my pain and address my posture problems. However, it wasn't until I joined Solcore that I saw significant improvements in just 4 months. Not only has my posture gotten better, but my back feels stronger than ever. Tiffany and Ekemba are truly amazing! Despite my upcoming move out of state, Ekemba took the time to create a personalized workout plan for me to continue progressing towards my fitness goals. I must say, I am a 68-year-old lady who has been attending Solcore for the past 7 years now.

Initially, I didn't have much of a workout routine. I used to go for Zumba classes for a couple of years, which I enjoyed mainly because of the cheerful participants and upbeat music. However, the instructor focused more on the dance aspect rather than the exercise part. Then, at the behest of my niece, I tried out her weight lifting gym for a little over a year. I did find the warm-up exercises helpful, but I wasn't a fan of weight lifting. It felt strange and unnatural to me. Plus, I was always worried about doing the exercises incorrectly and potentially harming myself or forming bad habits.

Eventually, I decided to give Solcore a shot based on a friend's recommendation. After attending a free class, I was drawn to the personalized attention and close monitoring. In a short time, Ekemba pinpointed areas where I needed to focus, even identifying some structural issues like scoliosis. Luckily, I didn't have any pre-existing problems or injuries when I started.

My main objective was to enhance body awareness and maintain good posture. I had seen many people in my age group with poor posture, hunched over, and I was determined to avoid that. Being an active person who enjoys hiking, I wanted to keep up my active lifestyle for as long as possible.

From the outset, I felt warmly welcomed at Solcore. The careful observation, timely corrections, and gentle encouragement kept me going. Although the stretches and exercises were challenging, I rarely felt disheartened. Ekemba motivates us to push ourselves without fostering any sense of competition. Mistakes never feel like failures; there are always opportunities for improvement.

It's quite hard to pinpoint just one specific outcome. The fact that I attend classes so regularly indicates my genuine enjoyment. When I leave, I feel a sense of achievement and overall well-being, albeit sometimes a bit sore. I've noticed an improvement in my posture, and I feel more purposeful and mindful in my movements. During classes, I find myself fully engrossed in the exercises, which not only benefit my body but also provide mental clarity.

Even though I'm getting older and still have those stubborn 10-15 pounds to shed, I feel content with my body. I feel strong, flexible, and confident in engaging in various physical activities. I am truly grateful for the positive impact this program has had on me.

My physique tells the tale of past injuries and surgeries, filled with aches and pains. Once an athlete who packed on 50 pounds, I couldn't envision a path back to wellness. That is until I crossed paths with Ekemba.

Through ELDOA and Ekemba's guidance, my journey took a turn for the better. Training with Ekemba reinstated my faith in my body, granting me the ability to move freely and live life without physical limitations.

Recently, my husband and I visited the hilly streets of Rome, filled with staircases galore. As we ascended the Spanish Steps, my husband pointed out that just five months prior, this climb would have been agony for me. I found myself effortlessly tackling the steps, almost opting to take them two at a time simply because I could.

I am a 72-year-old gentleman who has been engaged with SolCore for the past year. I was recommended to SolCore after undergoing two hip replacements and receiving a diagnosis of early onset Parkinson's Disease. SolCore has truly helped me by enhancing my general mobility and flexibility. It has also boosted my balance and overall self-assurance. Approximately 2 years back, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon a promotion for a complimentary fitness session at SolCore Fitness. I signed up and attended a class. Ever since that day, I have been a regular attendee, going three times a week, and I cannot express how much it has positively impacted me, nor can I say enough about Ekemba Soh, the owner and instructor.

As an instructor, Ekemba leads the class with precise and impactful movements that have provided me with increased mobility, alleviated joint discomfort, and significantly enhanced my posture. I feel taller, more attuned to my body, and appear leaner. A large part of this progress is due to Ekemba's attentive approach; he moves around the room throughout the entire class, making corrections and ensuring you get the most out of every exercise by adjusting your movements to suit your needs.

Being a Physical Therapist, Ekemba is exceptionally skilled and possesses a deep understanding of how the body functions. Recently, I started experiencing lower back pain and severe sciatic issues. After just 3 therapy sessions with Ekemba and following the exercises he recommended, I am now pain-free.

My doctor actually recommended Solcore Fitness to me because I was experiencing a lot of discomfort in my hips. It had been ages since I had attended an exercise class. I usually tried to piece together my own workout routines by following YouTube videos for yoga and other classes.

However, I have grown to adore attending the 8:00 am class and appreciate the sense of community I have found there. It's reassuring to have someone keeping an eye on my form and correcting me if I am not executing a pose or stretch properly.

I make it a point to attend class at least 3 times a week, and every time I leave feeling revitalized and prepared to tackle the day ahead.

Solcore Fitness has truly integrated into my daily routine. As a full-time artist, I was previously struggling with my posture while standing at my easel. Now, I am more aware of how I hold my body while painting.

Additionally, many of the hand and arm exercises we do in class have proven beneficial for my painting hand as well.
