Great workout, I must say! The instructors are really good at keeping you motivated and making sure your form is on point. I feel pushed to push my limits without feeling overwhelmed.

Signing up for classes is a breeze, and the studio is conveniently located with plenty of parking. The unlimited first month deal is fantastic, I'm really enjoying it!

I've been attending classes at this place for 5 years, and it has truly transformed my life. I feel more robust and fitter than ever before. You're never too old to venture into new experiences! Update: Over the last 19 months, the team at The Bar Method in Walnut Creek and Oakland have put in tremendous effort to ensure their clients could keep up with their workouts either at home or in the studio safely (depending on the pandemic restrictions). Kudos to them! They assist us in maintaining our health, sanity, and strength.

I've been attending Bar Method classes throughout my fifth pregnancy. As a surrogate, I've discovered that these low-impact, yet demanding, toning and sculpting classes have been instrumental in helping me maintain my energy levels.

I'm now 38 weeks pregnant and still participating in Bar classes 5-6 times a week.

I can't wait to get back to The Bar Method after giving birth.

The instructors are all well-versed in pregnancy modifications, so I always feel like I'm getting a full workout without compromising safety.

What initially began as a Groupon deal for 30 days of unlimited classes quickly transformed into a full-fledged membership within just a few months. I cannot express enough praise for this particular studio and its exceptional instructors (and I've visited Pure Barre in Walnut Creek and One Love Bike & Barre in Ridgewood, NJ). I find myself unconsciously comparing every other studio to this one. For the record, I am also a member of Orange Theory, Training For Warriors, Impulse Studio, City Sports Club, and Planet Fitness here in Concord. Bar Method truly feels like my second family. Sometimes I even stack workouts, but I always finish with Bar Method. Unlike the other places, I go daily because it's as essential to me as oxygen. I have witnessed a visible transformation in my physique, and I feel incredible. I swear I might have even grown an inch. My posture has drastically improved, and I am becoming more flexible each day. My six-pack is now visible, and don't even get me started on my arms and shoulders – they're in top form! You could practically bounce a quarter off my thighs and seat. Just sayin'...

I underwent a body fat analysis in June (over 31%) and then again this month in November (down to 20.9%). What a remarkable decrease!

Bar Method has truly been the most rewarding endeavor I've ever embarked on. Trust me, do yourself a massive favor and give them a try.

I 'ad a mate convince me to give Bar Method a go. I've been doin' yoga, but I was feelin' like I needed somethin' more. Straight away, in the first 10 minutes of me first class, I knew this was gonna 'elp me get stronger and back in shape for sure. It's actually quite addictive. I've been dealin' with a dodgy knee for about 6 months now, and was thinkin' of startin' physical therapy. But after about 6 classes, I noticed me knee was feelin' heaps better! Me doctor reckons the slow incremental movements are a great way to strengthen me knee. It's workin'. I'm feelin' top-notch! Cheers, Sandy.

Before I 'ad kids I used to attend classes regularly and I stopped for a few years (2 kids in 2 years) but now that I’m back I’m still so impressed with the studio, classes, and instructors. The instructors 'ave 'elped me modify (I’m 3 months postpartum) and 'ave made me feel like I can definitely get back into the swing of things. Everyone is super friendly, the studio is well maintained, and the classes always leave my legs shakin'!
