Mark really knows his stuff when it comes to shoes and anatomy! I'm so pleased I visited this store. He assessed my running technique by filming my feet on a treadmill, and then displayed images of my feet in various shoes to demonstrate which ones were the best fit for me. One of the jolly good customer experiences I’ve ever had, I must say! I received a thorough explanation of the various types of running shoes and the importance of selecting the right pair. The chap who assisted me had me try on various pairs of shoes and then trot on a treadmill to assess my performance. He even recorded my runs to observe how my legs responded to the shoe in order to select the perfect one. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment!

Mark 'as been a real lifesaver these past couple o' months, from doin' a thorough gait analysis to pinpoint the root o' me leg pain, findin' the perfect pair o' shoes, and goin' above and beyond by deliverin' a second pair to me OrangeTheory gym within a day of orderin'! I can't recommend 'im enough for any runners lookin' fer some expert assistance. Cheers to Mark!

Mark and 'is crew at Marx Running in Acton are just lovely! Every toime I've popped into the shop, the staff 'ave been well-informed, 'elpful, and right friendly. I started wi' a gait analysis to suss out the best trainer for meself. They popped me in the 361 Nemesis, and they are me absolute FAVOURITE trainers I've ever walked or ran in! I highly recommend both the 361 brand as well as gettin' your next pair of trainers at Marx!

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I absolutely adore Marx Running. I started buying shoes here back in 6th grade when I developed runner's knee. I didn't even have to run on the treadmill; just from my walk across the store, the owner knew exactly what my issue was and which sneakers would be best for me. I stuck with those same running shoes for the next 5 years. In 11th grade, after suffering from several severe ankle sprains, my physical therapist specifically recommended that I go to Marx to get new running sneakers with maximum ankle stability. They set me up with the greatest pair of running shoes I've ever owned. I had intended to replace them before heading off to college because I prefer buying from Marx over a big company, but time got away from me. Luckily, I found my shoes on their website and called to confirm I was selecting the right ones. Initially, I was planning on having my family pick up the shoes and ship them to me, but as it turns out, Marx could handle the shipping themselves. I called Marx, placed the order around mid-day, and the shoes were at my school the next morning. The first thing I did upon receiving my package was text my mom about how much I adore the store.
