I had the pleasure of meeting Sam at the peak of my back pain issues. I had been to chiropractors for 7 years with no real relief until I met Sam. I say, I was struggling with a spot of bother in me shoulders, had me fair share of pain, it was keeping me up at night it was. The doctor sent me off to physical therapy, but blimey, that only made things worse! Ended up having a cortisone shot in one shoulder just to get some relief. Couldn't move me arms much either, proper limited range of motion it was. And then, lo and behold, I stumbled upon Sam. Right from the get-go, I felt a load off me shoulders! No more pain for me, and I can move me arms like a proper bloke again. If you're after a natural, drug-free fix, give Sam a bell and book a consultation. He'll sort you out, no worries!

Update: Still popping by Sam's place every six weeks for a bit of a check-up. With his help, I'm pain-free and me arms work a treat. Worth every shilling, he is!!

I've been visiting FlexFitness and Rehab for a couple of years. As a college sprinter, I frequently experience tight muscles and injuries. Sam has a knack for pinpointing the source of my pain and providing relief through techniques like Graston, cupping, stretching, and tissue massage. My muscles recover much faster with this blend of therapies. I wholeheartedly suggest giving it a try!

Sam has created a fantastic environment for yoga practice at his studio, and his team of yoga instructors are exceptional at creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing personalized adjustments to help enhance your sessions.

I initially turned to yoga as a way to recover from a frozen shoulder and hamstring injury, as traditional physical therapy didn't seem appealing to me. I am thrilled to report that I am now free of pain and have not only regained my previous level of flexibility but have actually become stronger and more supple thanks to yoga.

Sam, Anna, and Jeanie are all outstanding instructors. I highly recommend giving FlexFitness a chance to experience the benefits they can offer you.

I've been seeing Sam for years now, and he's the only trainer I trust with my back problems. He's got a great deal of knowledge and knows how to modify exercises to reduce the strain on my back while still ensuring a effective workout. Thanks to him, I no longer suffer from constant back pain, and I've only experienced a couple of minor flare-ups in the past 2 years. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for expert help with their back issues!

I was completely chuffed after attending my first yoga class at FlexFitness and Yoga! Sam, the owner and instructor, welcomed us with open arms as we stepped into the studio. The new setup is cozy, inviting, and boasts some lovely lighting. The yoga session itself was an absolute cracker - enjoyable, laid-back, yet still a bit of a challenge. Sam really showed off his fitness know-how with top-notch guidance throughout the class. No matter where you're at with your fitness journey, I reckon you should definitely give FlexFitness and Yoga a go.

If you're dealing with joint, tendon, or muscle problems, you've got to give this place a visit. I've had my shoulder and elbow treated here. Both were long-standing issues that had been bothering me for months. I've referred four other people here, and they all had the same positive outcomes as the person who recommended me. Sam really knows his stuff.

Sam was brilliant, he really knew his stuff and hit all the right spots. I've already recommended him to several folks, and he's even treating some of my relatives. Sam is incredibly informative, skilled, and has a knack for finding the exact spots that need attention to ease up the muscles, nerves, and tendons. My shoulder is already feeling much improved. I can't recommend him highly enough!
