The staff at the wellness center are super friendly, mate. I bumped into a gym buddy there, and the water fountain was clean with a good selection of equipment. Cheers!

This fitness center is absolutely marvelous! Whenever I'm in Ada, I make sure to pop by. The facility is so modern and open. There are plentiful windows that let in the natural light, and the high ceilings give you a sense of space and freedom. All the equipment is top-notch and well-maintained. The weight room is stocked with free weights like dumbbells and barbells. The cardio room is simply stunning and has everything you need for a good workout. Upstairs, they have HIIT equipment such as rowers, battle ropes, and kettlebells. The indoor track is lovely and surrounded by windows. The locker rooms are pristine and brand new. They even provide towels for your workout and shower needs. Oh, and did I mention they have a snack shack? This new center is truly exceptional. My only desire is that it would extend its hours during the holiday season.

This facility is absolutely splendid. Immaculately clean, it boasts a wide array of equipment to cater to all your workout needs, as well as a second-floor track to circumvent any congestion during peak hours. Regrettably, there is no pool on the premises, but this wellness center is open to all, so let's refrain from making any unwarranted negative remarks.
