I had the pleasure of attending a few outdoor yoga sessions and instantly connected with this awesome group. You can sense their dedication to choosing quality instructors, and I appreciate the wide range of classes they offer! I was so impressed that when they introduced a Yoga Teacher Training program led by my favorite teachers alongside Kary, I made the decision to switch from my original school plan and join their team. No regrets whatsoever; I am truly grateful for stumbling upon this group as I am gaining invaluable knowledge beyond my expectations.

I am set to graduate in May and wholeheartedly endorse this program to everyone (as well as any yoga class you consider attending). They are devoted to guiding teachers on instructing yoga for all body types and providing modifications for those with injuries.

They are revolutionizing the industry by dedicating time and effort to train passionate individuals and restoring yoga as a healing practice, ensuring it is inclusive for everyone, regardless of their current level.

Upon my retirement, akin to many folks, I discovered an array of aches and pains plaguing my body. My legs were throbbing so intensely that walking became arduous, my hands were constantly problematic, and a persistent pain ran from my tailbone down to my feet and up to my shoulders. Feeling dissatisfied with traditional medicine's efficacy, I decided to give yoga a shot.

Initially, I struggled to perform even the most basic poses. However, with time and guidance from my instructor, I noticed improvement. More significantly, I found that my pain had significantly diminished.

Although I'll leave it to the experts to elucidate why yoga has alleviated my discomfort, for me, the most crucial aspect is that it has provided immense relief.

As a yoga instructor with nearly 15 years of experience, I am truly passionate about the mission of Yoga’s Arc to make yoga more accessible in communities throughout Arizona. Leading a class at Yoga’s Arc is not only rewarding for me, but also for my students, many of whom are navigating difficult life situations. Yoga has played a vital role in my own healing process, so being able to share this practice with others fills me with gratitude. I recently finished the advanced trauma-sensitive yoga teacher training program (300 hours) at Yoga’s Arc, and I can't recommend it highly enough!
