Incredible yoga class in a serene outdoor location.
Evelyn Barnes (6/4/25, 9:28 PM):
Folks really dig attending yoga sessions where yoga teachers are hands-on and assist students in navigating through various poses. This is precisely what we adore about the instructors at Yogas Arc. They're engaging and dedicated to ensuring everyone feels at ease.

Here's the rephrased comment with an English accent:

"Yoga's Arc, you lot are absolutely brilliant! (But I reckon you already know that, don't you?) I gave a couple of your videos a go last week and I feel like I've reconnected with the Yoga for Wellness Program at CrossFit. My plan is to take it SLOW and EASY as I gradually attempt some of those ashtanga moves. Good luck to all of you and cheers for figuring out a way to bring yoga to us during this crisis." Thank you, Yoga's Arc Community, for sharing your gratitude with us. Shirley Michaels, Sun Lakes, Arizona. Cheers!"
Jean Hayes (6/2/25, 12:56 AM):
Absolutely delightful yoga in a marvelous park setting!
Brittany Price (5/28/25, 4:55 AM):
A tremendous establishment offering communities a warm welcome and fantastic yoga sessions suitable for all skill levels! I eagerly anticipate their farmers market yoga every week during its season, and their mall yoga is a lifesaver in the scorching heat! Such a remarkable bunch of individuals.
Donald Henderson (5/26/25, 6:41 AM):
My partner and I recently joined a Yin Yoga session at The Cellar in Ahwatukee over the weekend. Kary, who is one of the co-founders of Yoga's Arc, led the class while Robert, the other co-founder, assisted with equipment and social activities. The class began promptly, was efficiently organized, and had a good turnout with about 17 participants. We truly appreciated the practice and also savored the complimentary glass of wine and socializing that followed.

Yoga's Arc's mobile yoga sessions offer a wonderful opportunity to connect with new people and relish a meticulously taught yoga experience. I wholeheartedly endorse it from both a social and well-being perspective.
Terry Evans (5/24/25, 4:45 AM):
I absolutely adore the mission and philosophy of Yoga's Arc. Attending their classes in the community brings me so much joy and fulfillment.
Cheryl Jackson (5/19/25, 11:09 PM):
I had my first yoga class with Kary a few years back. It was my first dive into the world of yoga, though I'd heard of its wonders before. Kary was just the perfect teacher for the job! She had this incredible way of making me feel completely comfortable. Whether guiding me through poses or subtly letting me know I didn't need my shoes on, she's an absolute gem of a person and an exceptional yoga instructor. I'm thrilled she ventured out and founded Yoga's Arc!
Alice Brown (5/19/25, 1:19 AM):
I just wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful guided meditation session you provided for me and my fellow nurse colleagues. This was exactly what we needed to cope with the overwhelming stress we've been facing. Personally, I have been struggling with intense headaches at work over the past week, and it was such a relief to let go of that tension. We are all in desperate need of ways to decompress and destress, and your support at Yoga's Arc has been invaluable. Thank you so much!

"I absolutely love attending Kary's Thursday Relaxation Yoga class at the studio. Not only does it help improve my flexibility and alleviate arthritis pain, but it also enhances my overall relaxation and sleep quality. The 45-minute duration of the class is just perfect for me, and I can even carry on with the relaxation at home afterward. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking to unwind and de-stress!"
Angela Hall (5/15/25, 10:09 AM):

Yoga's Arc owner and instructor, Kary Sinkule, truly embodies dedication and commitment in every yoga class she teaches, whether it's in the studio, at a community event, or through online sessions. Her patient and enthusiastic teaching style resonates with both beginners and experienced yogis alike. Whether you're looking for personalized one-on-one sessions or group activities online or in person, I wholeheartedly endorse Yoga's Arc. Namaste!
Debra Morales (5/7/25, 10:26 PM):
I must say, meeting Kary over 5 years ago for a yoga class was truly an honor. Her way of teaching and explaining each yoga pose is simply unique. I appreciate how she always scans the room to ensure every student has the necessary props for their practice.

During the Covid quarantine, Kary graciously offered online classes, keeping me company. Watching Yoga's arc videos in the afternoons truly helped me maintain my sanity. The background sounds of chirping birds brought back memories of birdwatching with my mom.

From the depths of my heart, thank you! You are truly the best! ❤️
NAMASTE 🙏
Mark Anderson (5/3/25, 10:33 PM):
Yoga's Arc yoga training took me on a journey within myself that I never knew existed. Not only did I master the art of yoga and its proper techniques, but I also discovered that my inner strengths and abilities run deeper than I ever imagined. Now, I take joy in sharing the wisdom and love of yoga with others.
Joan White (5/2/25, 3:55 AM):
I had the pleasure of attending a few outdoor yoga sessions and instantly connected with this awesome group. You can sense their dedication to choosing quality instructors, and I appreciate the wide range of classes they offer! I was so impressed that when they introduced a Yoga Teacher Training program led by my favorite teachers alongside Kary, I made the decision to switch from my original school plan and join their team. No regrets whatsoever; I am truly grateful for stumbling upon this group as I am gaining invaluable knowledge beyond my expectations.

I am set to graduate in May and wholeheartedly endorse this program to everyone (as well as any yoga class you consider attending). They are devoted to guiding teachers on instructing yoga for all body types and providing modifications for those with injuries.

They are revolutionizing the industry by dedicating time and effort to train passionate individuals and restoring yoga as a healing practice, ensuring it is inclusive for everyone, regardless of their current level.
Susan Martinez (5/1/25, 8:13 PM):
Upon my retirement, akin to many folks, I discovered an array of aches and pains plaguing my body. My legs were throbbing so intensely that walking became arduous, my hands were constantly problematic, and a persistent pain ran from my tailbone down to my feet and up to my shoulders. Feeling dissatisfied with traditional medicine's efficacy, I decided to give yoga a shot.

Initially, I struggled to perform even the most basic poses. However, with time and guidance from my instructor, I noticed improvement. More significantly, I found that my pain had significantly diminished.

Although I'll leave it to the experts to elucidate why yoga has alleviated my discomfort, for me, the most crucial aspect is that it has provided immense relief.
