I've been attending Dirty Laundry for 6 days straight and I am absolutely smitten! The variety of classes they offer is truly exceptional—I've tried the 26, yin, and some flows, and each one was a unique and beautiful experience. (I was forewarned about Carolina Grace's class bringing tears, and it's no lie—I found myself getting emotional, eagerly looking forward to more of her sessions.) I was pleasantly surprised by the impact of practicing in a black studio; the darkness creates a tranquil setting that helps me enter a meditative state—it's almost like being cocooned in a serene space. I was there on the first day it opened, what an amazing experience! Everything was so well-organized, the room had a lovely scent of essential oils. The hot yoga session was fantastic. I would highly recommend it, in fact, I purchased a monthly unlimited package and plan on returning often.

This yoga studio in Santa Fe is simply marvellous! I recently attended the "Sweaty Santa" flow class on Christmas Day and it was the perfect way to kickstart my morning. The team and instructors are incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. The class itself was top-notch. The studio was pleasantly warm, and the addition of refreshing lavender-scented towels at the end was a lovely touch. I will definitely make it a point to drop by every time I'm in town!

My initial visit in December was quite pleasant, and upon returning for a second session today, I was pleasantly surprised by the significant enhancements made to the studio. The proprietor and instructors exhibit a high level of commitment, and if only I resided closer, I would frequent this establishment more often, particularly for their intense hot yoga sessions that are truly fire emoji-worthy. Embracing the challenge, even as someone who maintains a decent level of fitness, has proven to be quite humbling...I never imagined myself on the brink of being completely drenched in my own perspiration!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST hot yoga and hot Pilates spot in the city, I must say! A perfect 10 out of 10 recommendation! The warmth is just perfect, and to top it off, they offer red light therapy. It truly gives off vibes reminiscent of NYC or San Francisco. I cannot speak highly enough of Dirty Laundry 🧺 - even the name itself is quite clever, don't you think? After relocating to Santa Fe from Los Angeles, I discovered Dirty Laundry Yoga studio and it has truly been a transformative experience. Lauren, the owner, is incredibly welcoming and committed to fostering a studio environment that emphasizes guiding students in their yoga practice, strength building, and overall fitness, while also cultivating a vibrant, supportive, and close-knit community. Joining the teaching team last year has been an absolute joy and I feel privileged to be part of this close-knit family. Back in the day, I had a spot at a hot yoga studio in Dallas that I adored, but since moving around to various bustling cities before settling in Santa Fe, I hadn't quite found my place. Lauren, our instructor, was absolutely amazing. She offered a variety of options for all levels, showing genuine care and dedication to her practice to ensure everyone felt challenged yet comfortable. The dimly lit space, rhythmic music, core workout, and refreshing scented towels at the end added an extra touch of uniqueness and charm to the session.
