I consider myself a Groupon enthusiast, always eager to explore new establishments. When I stumbled upon a Groupon deal for hot yoga classes, I knew it would make the perfect Christmas gift for my mother. Before making the purchase, I personally visited the yoga studio to inquire about the promotion details and any restrictions. The lady at the front desk, who also happened to be a teacher, kindly explained that the Groupon could be used towards either a 20-class punch card or a three-month trial, both of which were equivalent in value to the Groupon offer.

However, when my mother attempted to redeem the Groupon, she was informed that only the 20-class punch card option was available. Upon reaching out to the studio, I was disappointed to learn that this was indeed the case. If you are not prepared to honor the terms of your own promotions, it is best not to engage with platforms like Groupon. This inconsistency reflects poorly on your business practices and suggests that profit, rather than the well-being of your clients, is your primary concern.

My family and I absolutely adore this yoga studio, the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. I have been a regular here for quite a few years now and I can honestly say that it is the finest yoga community around. I recently purchased a 10-class pass with a friend for a Yoga studio. We attended a hot yoga session together, and it was an okay experience. However, after the class, one of the employees, a man in his 30s with a beard who wasn't wearing shoes, made a rather surprising comment to me. He said he was amazed that I managed to make it through the class with a smiley face emoji, and suggested that if I attended his morning class every day, it would profoundly change my life. This encounter left me feeling quite uncomfortable and I found it to be highly unprofessional. I have shared this incident with my friends, and it's something that I often think about. While there are some fantastic instructors at the studio, I sincerely hope to never encounter that particular individual again.

After receiving a very pleasant phone call from the owners addressing my previous review, I remained skeptical about any changes. Despite not honoring the purchase I had previously made, they kindly offered me a complimentary month of classes, which I found to be a thoughtful gesture, although I did not take them up on it.

What truly shifted my perspective was hearing rave reviews from several of my yogi friends who now teach at the Hot Spot, portraying it as a fantastic place.

The caliber of instructors alone deserves a solid 4-star rating. Upon returning for another visit, who knows, perhaps even a fifth star is in reach.

I also had an unpleasant encounter with the new owners, as they refused to honor a 6-month Christmas special I had paid for, despite it showing as active on my account. Their behavior was quite disrespectful.

It's been a while since I last practiced hot yoga. However, I recently bought a 20-visit punch card through Groupon. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and quickly entered all my details. I appreciated her asking if I needed any supplies such as a mat or water, before guiding me into the studio. It felt wonderful to get back into it!

The vibes in this studio are absolutely top-notch. The owner and instructors exude compassion, wisdom, and support. The camaraderie formed here is truly special, and my yoga skills have improved significantly since joining. They provide guidance on the best pose modifications for your level, correct your form to ensure proper alignment, and inspire you to push beyond your limits. Building self-trust through trusting in their expertise has been a profound journey. It's truly a remarkable space. I cannot recommend it enough!
