I visited Complete Wellness Center over 5 years ago with terrible stenosis that made it nearly impossible to stand up without excruciating pain. I also suffered from frozen shoulders in both arms. Dr. Mike was absolutely amazing. Thanks to his treatments, my stenosis is completely gone and my shoulders are no longer frozen. But then I started experiencing severe pain in my right knee. It was so debilitating that I couldn't go up or down stairs, it would wake me up at night when I tried to move, and even stepping over a curb caused intense pain. That's when Dr. Mike introduced the Knee-On-Trac to his practice. After trying it, the difference was incredible. Now I can walk without any pain. Dr. Mike and his team are truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of chiropractic care.

I was recommended to visit Complete Wellness by one of their clients. I had been struggling with a lower back issue for more than 10 years. After just a month of twice weekly visits, my lower back was completely resolved.
The team at Complete Wellness is fantastic: professional, incredibly kind, polite, accommodating to last-minute appointment changes, and always offering extra advice on stretching exercises to do at home.
To illustrate how great their customer service is, they have a team member who serves as their in-house "barrister" brewing wonderful coffee, cortaditos, lattes, espressos, and more. Despite his key role, he is just as essential as the other staff members at this chiropractic center.
In conclusion, I must say that Complete Wellness truly lives up to its name.

During the initial evaluation, they take the time to review a detailed questionnaire, conduct X-rays for a thorough understanding, and have a conversation with you to explain the personalized plan they can create for you. Whatever health goals you have, they are there to support and guide you towards achieving them. They regularly reassess your progress to make any necessary adjustments to your program for optimal results. I've had several instances where they checked in on how I was doing, listened to my concerns, and effectively addressed any issues, big or small. Services like dry needling, Graston technique, massages, and supplements are also available here - and I've benefited from all of them! I've been a patient here for around three years now, and they've played a huge role in my journey to a healthier lifestyle. I initially visited them after spraining my ankle, and just a few days later, they adjusted it, making it so much better that I could comfortably walk on a trip overseas shortly after. I now experience fewer headaches, improved sleep, and better gut function. I also enjoy the educational and entertaining videos they provide while I do my warm-up exercises. Thank you to the entire team at CWHC for their exceptional care, from the welcoming front desk staff to the skilled doctors performing adjustments. The folks over at Borgert Family Chiropractic, they treat ya like kin, they do. They're ever so flexible and bendin' over backwards to help ya out. Now, we got plenty o' fine doctors 'round these parts, but Dr. Mike, he's the only one who takes the time to really know ya and truly cares about ya wellbeing. Every time I pay 'em a visit, no matter how I'm feelin' beforehand, I always walk out feelin' better, I do.

Since transitioning to a remote job where I'm glued to a desk all day, I started feeling those niggling aches in my mid and upper back. Not too bothersome at first, but over time, they really started cramping my style and putting a damper on my workouts.
I've never been the chiropractor type, a bit skeptical, you know? But my missus insisted after her own positive experience, so off I went to Complete Wellness Health Center. And let me tell you, after that initial adjustment, I felt like a new bloke the next day. They took X-rays on my first visit, whipped up a personalized treatment plan with Dr. Mike and the crew in no time. They even gave me some exercises to do at home and set me up for two adjustments a week.
Fast forward to now, halfway through my treatment, and it's like night and day. The upper back pain? Gone. And the mid-back discomfort? Barely a whisper.
I can't sing the praises of Complete Wellness Health Center enough. Clean office, friendly staff, and their tailored approach have truly turned things around for me. Highly recommend giving them a go.

I've been in the past. But when I hurt my back in November, steroids and muscle relaxers did not help. The pain was debilitating; never had I hurt that badly.
Dr. Mike reassessed me. My spine at L4 was crooked! He gave me 13 weeks of 3x/week adjustment and decompression with supplements. Week 6 and all is well. The pain waxed and waned for the first 3 weeks, but now I can’t remember the last time I hurt.
I’m glad to avoid surgery in the future with exercises and treatments instead!

After just a couple of weeks of treatment with Dr. Borgert, I found myself no longer relying on medication for my reflux (a daily necessity before), and I started to sleep and feel much better. After a few months of care, I had the energy (and drive) to dedicate myself to a high-intensity exercise plan which resulted in many positive changes. Dr. Mike's treatment propelled me into a lifestyle that enabled me to shed around 8% body fat in approximately 6 months.
