Just popped in and had the most delightful experience at this Day Spa. Simply couldn't resist the urge to capture the exquisite ambience with my camera. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and soothing.
My therapist, Kim Dauemauer, was truly exceptional. She performed a remarkable deep tissue massage incorporating some intricate swirling (Hawaiian-inspired perhaps?) hand movements... It was pure bliss. What truly stood out was that she attentively listened to my needs, targeting those specific areas and addressing them effectively.

I went in for a facial with Kathy last weekend and let me tell you, it was a solid 10/10!!! The whole thing was just perfection! From scheduling my appointment with Karyssa a few weeks back to the warm welcome I received from Yessi at the reception desk... both of them were just so lovely, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to interact with! Kathy lived up to all the rave reviews I had heard about her! She did a fantastic job at explaining the procedures, products, and catering to my skin's needs. I will definitely be coming back to her for more treatments! The beautiful flower pots outside the salon were a delightful touch as well! This whole experience was simply top-notch!

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the Japanese head spa treatment with Heidi, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! I highly recommend it, without a doubt. What a find! I have to admit, I had my doubts when I first arrived as the exterior of the building looked quite nondescript and the reception area was on the smaller side. However, once Kim, the owner, led us to the lounge area, the whole ambiance changed completely! It was truly incredible, relaxing, and just perfect – exceeding all my expectations. During my 90-minute massage with Robbin, she was fantastic. She listened to my requests, asked for feedback, and explained her techniques. It was a delightful, soothing, and enjoyable day at the spa, all at a reasonable price. I can't wait to come back for one of their more extensive packages and spread the word to all my friends about this hidden gem.

Kathy was absolutely brilliant! She had such professionalism and a wealth of knowledge. I popped in to have a troublesome spot looked at, and ended up treated to a bespoke hour-long facial. My complexion has never appeared more radiant, and the pesky spot I came in for vanished beautifully in just a few days. (Honestly - it would have lingered for a whole month, I swear!) The facial she provided was top-notch - the steam was just right, and the heated bed was pure bliss. Simply adored it! Thank you so much, Kathy!!

I recently had the opportunity to visit a day spa with a friend who had received a generous $200 gift for her birthday. We were excited for a day of relaxation and pampering at Serenity Day Spa. However, things took a disappointing turn upon our arrival.
When we arrived, there was no indication that masks were required, but we were suddenly asked to wear them by Kim Dauenhauer after completing our paperwork. When we politely declined the offer of complimentary masks, Kim's demeanor quickly shifted, becoming unkind, rude, and unpleasant.
Feeling uncomfortable with the situation, we made the decision to leave. This experience was not about masks, but rather about the unprofessional behavior displayed by Kim. It felt like we were being taken advantage of, with our $200 gift certificate essentially being stolen from us.
Despite any 24-hour cancellation policies or the "by appointment" nature of the spa, it was disheartening to witness a lack of transparency and customer service. It seemed as though payment was prioritized over providing actual services, leading to a feeling of dishonesty and fraud.
I urge Serenity Day Spa to reflect on their actions and consider the impact on their reputation. Honesty and integrity are vital in the service industry, and I hope that they will rectify this situation by refunding the amount for the services not rendered. Building trust with customers is essential, and I believe that addressing these concerns openly and transparently is the first step towards making things right.
