We were after a top-notch treadmill that would go the distance without constant breakdowns, as well as weight plates at a reasonable price – not an easy find! Initially, I was a bit taken aback by the treadmill's price tag, but after heeding Kyle's advice to shop around, we decided to buy our gear from Fitness Gallery thanks to their quality products and Kyle's stellar service. Sure, the current fitness equipment rush caused a delay, but Kyle and the team kept us updated and accommodated our schedule for delivery, even when I had to reschedule a couple of times due to my busy work life. We were in the market for a recumbent stationary bike for rehab after a total knee replacement. We visited the Fitness Gallery store in Lone Tree after seeing the Fitness Gallery TV ads. Justin Salyer showed us several models of the True brand recumbent bikes and the features on the model we were looking for. After a lot of comparison of many brands from several stores, we decided on the Fitness Gallery True ES700 and bought it with the delivery and set-up option. Due to needing the bike ASAP for the knee therapy, Justin went above and beyond to get the bike to our house quickly!! So much appreciated and we highly recommend Justin and Fitness Gallery if you’re ever in the need for great quality fitness equipment and superb customer service. We also made a return visit after our initial visit with Justin and were helped by Dakota Dolan who was also friendly and helpful.
