Yvonne is a fantastic instructor! She provides a perfect blend of enthusiasm, motivation, and guidance on movement cues throughout her classes!
Juan Gutierrez (4/28/25, 8:56 PM):
I've been attending this place since 2020 and it's been absolutely splendid all around. I vividly recall a time when I was feeling cooped up, adhering to social distancing guidelines, and the brilliant instructor conducted a class outdoors in 40-degree weather which felt invigorating just a few minutes into the workout! Kate and Yvonne deliver such enjoyable, spirited classes! Allison at the reception desk couldn't be more friendly! I tend to be a bit awkward and forgetful, so kudos to her for keeping hold of my shoes after I absentmindedly left them behind post-class on one occasion. Somehow, it seems like she's acquainted with everyone who frequents this place. I might be tardy in sharing my thoughts about this establishment and its staff, but I truly adored Ryan's class. He exuded a high level of energy, and as a sedentary office worker, I appreciated the accessibility of his late-night Monday class. Moreover, he curated the most incredible playlists, and his evening session was where I first heard "Driver's License."
Martha Morales (4/28/25, 4:31 PM):
I absolutely adore this studio - the staff is simply amazing and so accommodating. Private shower rooms, phone chargers in lockers, complimentary water bottles and fruit/snacks. The instructors are lively and upbeat - fantastic playlists!

Updates (May 2022) after review feedback by the owner:
(From someone new to cycling)

Positives:
1. The website and mobile platform make it easy to schedule rides and add more credits.
2. Impeccably clean environment.
3. Fantastic instructors with high energy and positive attitudes.
4. Welcoming fellow riders.
5. A truly enjoyable and effective form of exercise!

Negatives:
1. They are quite strict on late class attendance. I understand this is to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for other riders and ensure safety in reduced lighting. However, I must caution those who might run behind occasionally due to work, kids, or life commitments that this may not be the best fit. I've been turned away before and lost a class credit without the option to reschedule or use it in the future. It's important to remember that this policy is in place to respect others' experience and safety.

2. Cancelation: I found it a bit challenging to cancel monthly rides, but after multiple interactions with staff, I was able to do so. The website and mobile platform aren't the most user-friendly for cancellations, so it's crucial to keep track of your enrollment dates and reach out to the staff in advance (I believe a 30-day notice is required for month-to-month payments).

3. The text message updates and promotions can be quite frequent—I received six messages in the first two weeks of May. However, it's easy to opt-out of these messages, which I chose to do.

Overall, a decent studio that warmly welcomed a newcomer like myself.
Updated rating as above: 3.5 stars.
Rachel Butler (4/25/25, 5:42 AM):
The new management is absolutely dreadful. They seem to have a knack for overcharging even after you've canceled your membership. I highly recommend doing thorough research on this establishment before committing. It's simply not up to par.
Russell Long (4/25/25, 2:09 AM):
Superb customer service, top-notch instructors, banging tunes. This really gets me pumped for my workout. This cycle bar is operating like a finely tuned engine!
Melissa Edwards (4/24/25, 4:17 PM):
I have been experiencing recurring, unauthorized charges on my card. Despite leaving voicemails, sending texts, and speaking with a representative who promised the manager would contact me, I have not received any resolution. This has been ongoing for more than a week. It is quite frustrating! I am now forced to dispute these charges with my bank. Caution advised!
Matthew Barnes (4/21/25, 1:32 PM):
Chanel is absolutely brilliant! It can be tough to get pumped for Monday, but having a class booked with Chanel makes it a breeze. Her energy and passion truly empower me, even on my slowest days.
Scott Clark (4/21/25, 8:29 AM):
The best spin studio I 'ave been to in the US (includin' Peleton, Flywheel and Soul Cycle), Scotland, Singapore, England, and Australia. By far the best teacher in the world is Yvonne and so you need to make sure you go to 'er classes as they are fun, 'ard work, and really motivatin'.

The studio is very friendly and Shelby as manager does a great job. As soon as you walk in, everyone is 'elpful and makin' sure you are checked in and set up (or 'elpin' you get water if you are late) - nothin' is too much trouble.

The studio 'as about 50 bikes which are on tiered levels and so no bike is a bad bike. The Schwinn bikes are well kept and track all of your stats. Most classes also 'ave races against other riders at some point on the screen which is fun and you are e-mailed your stats after (includin' class position, watt output, and rpm). For the less competitive, you can opt out of 'avin' stats displayed. There are lots of themed rides and so for example if you do not like a certain kind of music, it is easy to avoid and lots of others to choose from. The studio 'as a great atmosphere and good (loud) sound system.....it just needs some flashin' lights.

Yvonne's classes are the best anywhere as she is so enthusiastic and there is always good variety and she always makes the extra effort. Yvonne's classes make everyone feel included (first timers or those who go 5 a week) and very few teachers manage to do that....and everyone works 'ard but there are all abilities in the class.

Best class of the week is Yvonne's Friday 'appy 'our at 530 (usually more clubby music) and so you do not want to miss that. It is always fun and people tend to stay for a little after and chat. In particular, the DJ ones are a must-go! Also Wednesday mornin' 80s 'our ride at 0930 is a great class, along with Sunday at 0930 if you can brave the early mornin' at a weekend.

There are few gym classes I would consider goin' to on a Friday night but 'appy 'our is a great start to the weekend!

Also, Rebecca's classes are very good and well worth attendin'. Rebecca's 'as a great personality and is able to get away with playin' any music and still make it enjoyable if for example it is not your first choice due to 'er unique approach.

Josh's ride on Sunday at 815 (not that I ever went as too early but made a cover one on a Saturday) are highly recommended as 'e is very enthusiastic and motivatin' and 'as good music.

Also whilst I did not do on this trip, Claudia's classes on past visits 'ave always been excellent and 'ard and lots of power. She does a performance class on a Tuesday night and so is more stats. Additionally, everyone always says that they love Kate's classes and so they must be good (only so many classes one can do though).

Any of the above teachers, I would highly recommend. As much as the instructors, the other members are all very friendly and so this is as important as it 'elps create the great atmosphere.

You will not find a better studio, teachers, atmosphere, and technology (where you can get your stats and track). Therefore if you are a member of a normal gym (i.e. Lifetime or Greenwood without the proper mic (as hilarious as it is)), you will find this studio a million times better and come back time after time. I was only visitin' from Vail for a weekend last year and now come out of way to do spin as much as can as it is so good........and I always miss elsewhere.

Congratulations and thank you to Heather and Yvonne as owners for providin' such a great facility!

And make sure you book in for Yvonne's classes as you will not find a better class anywhere! Don't waste your time doin' spin elsewhere (and the prices are great value).
Amanda Reyes (4/16/25, 4:13 PM):
I 'ave been attendin' Cyclebar Lone Tree on an' off for a few years now. It might sound a bit cliché, but they 'ave really become like me family. I struggle with anxiety an' depression, which can make it 'ard at times to commit to exercisin'. O'er time, I 'ave slowly been able to come out o' me shell, meet people, an' feel a sense o' belongin'. On days when I just show up without speakin', I know they will be there to push an' encourage me. With everythin' goin' on in the world, we all need that support.

There are so many great things about Cyclebar:
- The studio is clean
- Staff who are warm an' patient
- Themed rides like Margarita Monday an' Taco Tuesday (You can't go wrong with a good Margarita or tacos 😁)
- A dark room with music an' instructors remindin' you that you can do 'ard things!
- You will 'ave a community of riders an' staff who want to see you grow an' become a better version o' yourself.
- If you've been thinkin' about tryin' indoor cyclin', DO IT an' watch your life slowly transform.
- Bonus. They love our pups, an' when our puppy wore down me sanity, they looked after 'er for an hour so I could 'ave a moment to meself. People who recognize the little ways to help are me kind o' people!
Michael Turner (4/13/25, 9:49 AM):
Absolutely love getting my sweat on in this place. The vibe is fantastic, and the instructors truly rock!
Larry Morgan (4/13/25, 1:29 AM):
I popped into my inaugural 'Wine down Wednesday' session with Chanel leading the pack. She was absolutely splendid! Chanel made sure I was set up on my bike and provided a thorough rundown of how the cycling equipment operated. Once the class kicked off, it was go time! Talk about an energizing workout. The lively music and tempo were just out of this world! Chanel had us all in motion! I don't recall ever sweating that much in a mere 45 minutes! Count me in for round two without a doubt!
Debra Miller (4/12/25, 11:46 PM):
The staff at this studio is absolutely fabulous, darling! They are so warm and welcoming, just lovely! I adore all the instructors, they are simply top-notch! I've visited numerous CycleBar studios in my time, but the instructors at this one really go the extra mile by taking the time to introduce themselves to newbies. What a splendid studio!
John Kelly (4/12/25, 6:58 PM):
Bloody hell - me missus and daughter went and signed me up without me knowing. First thought was I might not make it out in one piece. But blimey, I did survive and had the best bloody workout. The equipment is top-notch, and the facilities are spotless. Absolutely loved our trainer, Kate!!! She's a real gem! Not only is she a proper inspiration, but she somehow managed to make a tough workout enjoyable - go figure. Cheers for the cracking workout, Kate. Can't wait for me next class.
Ralph Jackson (4/11/25, 7:42 AM):
I absolutely adore the Cyclebar chain for the amazing folks they have working there who are incredibly helpful and friendly. It's wonderful how they assist you in setting up your bike for your initial class, and each instructor takes the time to explain what the numbers on your bike's monitor mean. They really encourage you to push yourself a bit beyond your comfort zone while also reminding you to do what you can.

One of the things I appreciate is that you can be at any fitness level and still have a fantastic workout without feeling judged or intimidated.

Why the 4-star rating, you ask? Well, here's my issue with these new "smart" bikes. I feel that if you're new or overly focused on the numbers, these bikes can be rather demotivating. I've been to other Cyclebars that still use the older bikes, and I personally prefer them much more. With the manual adjustment on the resistance of these new bikes, it takes a short while (5-10 secs) for the bike to recognize the change, but then based on your exertion, the bike adjusts your gear as well. However, I've experienced situations where my gear decreases after adding manual resistance, yet the resistance remains the same. I know how a resistance level of 5 should feel, yet my bike might register it as a 1 or 2. But then, if I sprint, suddenly it registers as a 9 or 10.

Initially, I thought it was just me needing to get accustomed to something new. But then, I discovered that bike number 43 specifically had some issues, and many folks had raised complaints about it - such as my gear dropping from 16 to 2 with no actual change in resistance. Today, even on a completely different bike, my RPM showed as a flat 0 when I was pedaling at around 85. I just shrugged it off, knowing how I typically perform during a spin class.

Personally, I prefer the manual, non-smart bikes. Therefore, regrettably, I'll be heading to another studio that still uses the old bikes.
Bobby Hall (4/9/25, 5:08 PM):
I absolutely adore this studio! The instructors and the lovely folks at the front desk are just incredible. I became a member of CBLT nearly 2.5 years ago, and they never fail to inspire me to keep pedaling away!
Julia Taylor (4/7/25, 9:53 AM):
I am terribly disappointed. Overheard 2 of the staff chatting about yours truly. Just joined as well - GUTTED. In a society already filled with so much discord, I thought that joining a studio predominantly for women would be empowering.

Nonetheless, the classes are fantastic! Kate is consistently incredibly empowering!
Keith Nguyen (4/5/25, 10:28 PM):
Fabulous spot Fantastic so much enjoyment should consider lowering cost though
Andrew Taylor (4/5/25, 5:39 AM):
I absolutely adored this spin studio! The class was top-notch and the entire team was so welcoming and encouraging. I shall definitely return.
Madison Edwards (4/3/25, 8:04 AM):
Absolutely thrilling, full of energy, and provides real-time feedback...
