Nate is absolutely top-notch! A couple of months back, I made the decision to seek out a personal trainer. That's when I stumbled upon Nate, and let me tell you, he truly makes the whole process much less daunting! He takes the time to really hear about my goals, is incredibly empathetic, and consistently keeps me fired up and ready to go. I'm looking forward to continuing on this fitness journey and I cannot recommend him enough to others looking to give it a go!
I went looking for a personal trainer on Groupon at the start of August 2021. I decided to get a personal trainer because I feel a bit lost in the gym and struggle to stay motivated when working out alone. I also lack knowledge and understanding of how to perform exercises correctly. Thankfully, I discovered Nate at True Living Fitness!! He has been fantastic and has taught me so much in the 5 months I've been training with him. He is professional, knowledgeable, and pushes me to reach my full potential. I feel stronger and healthier both inside and out! The gym where we train is amazing, full of positive energy, and people striving to achieve their fitness goals! Train with Nate!!
I've been working out with Nate for the past 7 months – it's my first time having a trainer and I was pretty lost when it came to anything other than cardio at the beginning. He's been brilliant; he took the time to grasp my goals and we collaborated to create a plan. He's been accommodating with scheduling but always dependable (even at 5am). During our sessions, he pushes me, but always carefully, paying close attention to form and providing clear explanations of the movements and exercises. At the end of each session, he dedicates time to stretching and recovery. Training with Nate has been invaluable for accountability and for enhancing my knowledge of functional fitness, strength training, and optimizing my time at the gym.
Zen Fit Nate has been an amazing personal training experience for me. The gym is pristine and tranquil, and he designs incredibly effective workouts tailored to your fitness level while still pushing you. I highly recommend it!

I began training with Nate in January and have been really happy with his methods and the outcomes. I've always been pretty active and tried to keep myself in good shape by eating sensibly. So it really surprised me when I realized I had been neglecting exercise so much that it was difficult for me to even get up from the recliner, and painful to get out of bed or stand up while gardening. It hurt to reach overhead and I would wake up with pain in my hands.
But after going through Nate's exercise program, I can hardly remember feeling any pain. I feel stronger and more flexible now, and I can even get up from the floor easily.

Nate is a top-notch fitness coach. I've been training with him for over three months (2-3 sessions per week at 5:30AM). I've seen a remarkable improvement in my strength since starting with Nate, even though I was already working out six days a week before. My focus wasn't weight loss, but rather building muscle. Nate will take the time to get to know you and your fitness goals before your sessions. He also offers guidance on nutrition.
