What an amazing studio! I absolutely adore every session I've had the pleasure of experiencing at this establishment. The Yin Yoga with Siuking exudes a truly healing atmosphere and learning opportunity. Dan's Sound Healing sessions are both unique and incredibly nurturing. Jeremy's yoga classes have a wonderful flow and positive energy. I am enamored with the classes, instructors, and fellow students at this studio!! An added bonus is the ample parking available.

I am grateful to have discovered this meditation center and community.

This meditation center is truly special. It focuses more on inner work rather than physical exertion. All of the sessions are grounding, restorative, and transformative. I have attended a variety of classes and have yet to find one that I do not enjoy. I strive to attend at least two sessions per week. I feel much more centered, focused, and prepared to face daily challenges when my body and mind are aligned and rejuvenated thanks to this meditation community.

The instructors are very knowledgeable and the whole experience is extremely welcoming to beginners. The environment is nurturing rather than competitive. I feel a sense of belonging here and highly recommend this healing sanctuary.

The energy of the studio really strikes you as soon as you enter, even before you've taken a class. It's incredibly healing. I'm thrilled to have discovered this studio and community. Yin yoga helps me feel whole again every week, and the effects of sound healing linger long after the class. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I absolutely adored my time at the meditation center. The sessions were simply fantastic, and I couldn't get enough of the whole experience. One of the things I really appreciated was how conveniently located it is near Crystal Haven, allowing me to seamlessly transition from meditating to browsing and purchasing beautiful crystals.

I became a member of Yoga Haven when it first opened its doors in October 2019, and I must say, it has been an absolute delight. The classes and instructors are simply marvelous. As some have pointed out, this establishment focuses more on inner enrichment rather than just physical exercise, a philosophy that I find particularly valuable in today's trying times. I wholeheartedly endorse it!
