What a brilliant experience, I must say! My trainer Nate was absolutely fabulous. I worked with him for months and saw a significant transformation without having to go on a strict diet. I highly suggest you give this chap a try. He's a really chill guy with loads of cool variations on various weight lifting techniques that I've tried. Plus, his rates are quite reasonable and you get to exercise in a private gym. A definite 5-star rating from me! Cheers!

I went looking for a personal trainer on Groupon at the start of August 2021. I decided to get a personal trainer because I feel a bit lost in the gym and struggle to stay motivated when working out alone. I've been working out with Nate for the past 7 months – it's my first time having a trainer and I was pretty lost when it came to anything other than cardio at the beginning. He's been brilliant; he took the time to grasp my goals and we collaborated to create a plan. He's been accommodating with scheduling but always dependable (even at 5am). During our sessions, he pushes me, but always carefully, paying close attention to form and providing clear explanations of the movements and exercises. At the end of each session, he dedicates time to stretching and recovery. Training with Nate has been invaluable for accountability and for enhancing my knowledge of functional fitness, strength training, and optimizing my time at the gym.

It had been some time since I had consistently worked out, so beginning with a trainer made me a tad apprehensive – particularly as I was dealing with an injury. Was he going to be all bodybuilder attitude? Would he make me feel foolish? Was he going to push me too hard – to the extent that I end up exacerbating my injury? Turns out, I didn't need to fret about any of that! Nate is an exceptional trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable. He has devised a tailored exercise regimen to aid in my injury recovery. Nate always takes the time to explain concepts or address my queries. He consistently motivates me to surpass my limits. He's the ultimate supporter! I wholeheartedly endorse training with Nate. You will be delighted with the outcomes. I sure am!

Nate gave me a complete workout program along with diet and meal advice, which has always been a struggle for me. I've always been pretty active and tried to keep myself in good shape by eating sensibly. So it really surprised me when I realized I had been neglecting exercise so much that it was difficult for me to even get up from the recliner, and painful to get out of bed or stand up while gardening. It hurt to reach overhead and I would wake up with pain in my hands.
But after going through Nate's exercise program, I can hardly remember feeling any pain. I feel stronger and more flexible now, and I can even get up from the floor easily.
Nate is really knowledgeable and he shares his expertise in a way that not only teaches you what exercises to do, but also explains why they are beneficial. He is positive, motivating, and guides your focus in a supportive manner!
