As an overweight and shy individual for so long, I made the decision to improve my fitness by enlisting the help of a Trainer to keep me on track! Upon joining HealthPlex, I approached Scott and asked if he would be my Trainer. I was truly blown away by his dedication and support as I embarked on my fitness journey for the very first time.
