Brilliant gym! I've been attending for 3 years now. Top-notch ambiance, spotless all the time, and they've got all the gear I require. Seems like a solid workplace too since 80% of the staff have been there as long as I've been hitting the gym. The only downside is that they could benefit from a location farther up north.
Janet Carter (6/10/25, 1:12 PM):
Visited this fitness center for a day pass, and while the $10 fee was a tad higher than what I'm used to back home, I found it worth it due to the professionalism, kindness, lack of crowds, and the charming smiles of the front desk staff.
The gym itself was spotlessly clean, decked out in vibrant colors, and got the job done.
It had a bit of a Planet Fitness vibe, but without the 'lunk' alarm, French Fry Fridays, and with a staff that was clearly in good shape. As I only visit this area once a month for a few days, I would have considered getting a membership if a deal could have been worked out.
Amanda Ramos (6/9/25, 9:44 PM):
This fitness center is top-notch! I get a warm welcome every time I step inside, and there's such a relaxed atmosphere that I truly enjoy. My trainer, Evan, is absolutely fantastic, and thanks to his guidance and support, I feel like I'm finally seeing real results in the gym! :)
Jennifer Kelly (6/7/25, 2:41 PM):
I popped in for some info and the staff really made me feel at home. They're full of helpful tips and know their equipment inside out. In my experience, other gyms only have trainers with that level of expertise. So it's a win-win. The prices are fantastic, better than any other gym, I just couldn't commit without a steady income. Plus, they offer tanning beds, which is a favorite perk of mine.
Kathleen Mitchell (6/6/25, 8:20 AM):
This here is my first gym membership ever and I've been enjoying it so far - the staff are real friendly, the place is tidy, and the equipment is in top shape and gets fixed quick if it breaks. I'm currently working with a trainer and it's been a good experience (but keep in mind, this can cost $30-40 per session if you're on a budget).
The gym is on the small side but what can you expect for $10 a month? It's similar to Workout Anytime, Life Time Fitness, and all that, but it never gets too crowded except for a couple hours in the evening when all the weighted cable stations are busy. There's usually treadmills and ellipticals available.
It seems like the main issue from previous reviews is canceling memberships, but I chose to pay upfront for a year instead of going month-to-month, so hopefully that won't be a problem. It was only a hundred bucks when I signed up, so if you can swing it upfront, you might as well go for that and avoid any potential headaches later on.

The early open times, the welcoming staff, the spotless facilities, the wide range of equipment, the friendly gym buddies, the music, and the consistently pristine restrooms... I could continue, but you catch my drift. I bid adieu to a widely recognized gym to join YouFit, and I must say, it was the finest choice I ever made.
Gary Patterson (6/4/25, 1:31 AM):
I haven't stepped foot in a gym for over 3 years now. As a retired veteran and 100% disabled, my mobility has been limited due to weight gain and a lack of motivation. I stumbled upon YouFit purely because the vibrant colors and appearance caught my eye.
The young lady at the front desk provided me with an overview of the gym's benefits and was pleasantly persistent. Despite recovering from a back procedure and dealing with a recent rib injury, I decided to join in September. Today marked my first visit after allowing time for recovery.
Upon scheduling my appointment, I was welcomed with warm smiles. Kevin patiently listened to my health concerns, crafting a program tailored just for me. I truly felt valued and heard during our session.
Kevin is an absolute gem – his professionalism, attentiveness, and overall approach are top-notch. He truly is a rarity that should be cherished.
I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to individuals of all ages. My personal trainer, who is 73 years old, embodies the physique and agility of someone half his age.
Janet Hayes (6/1/25, 9:58 AM):
I went vegan a month ago with fitness goals in mind, and recently linked up with a trainer named Rylee. We've been teaming up closely to tackle those goals. I feel inspired and eager to absorb new knowledge and challenge myself. Going solo to the gym could have done the trick, but having a trainer that I vibe with has made the experience much more enjoyable. Treat yourself and invest in a package of training sessions.
Katherine Kim (6/1/25, 4:42 AM):
I've been hitting up YouFit for more than a month now and I'm currently into this 6-month workout plan with coach Evan. Evan's just been such a solid mentor and motivator, you know? He's got all this knowledge and he's really helped me level up in the first month alone. If you're around Kennesaw, I totally suggest checking out YouFit!
Lauren Patterson (5/29/25, 7:30 PM):
I joined YouFit in early May 2024 with the goal of finding a gym outside of my home where I could work out and have a personal trainer. Akeem and Kourtney were the ones who first welcomed me to the gym, and they made me feel right at home. Kourtney assured me that she would connect me with a trainer who would listen to my needs and medical issues, rather than just focusing on my size without seeing me as a whole person.
And Kourtney delivered! I began my personal training sessions with coach Blake. During our initial assessment, he truly listened to me and paid attention. Coach Blake is great at pushing and motivating you to keep going, but he also knows when to pause a session to address any issues or weaknesses that arise. He always keeps a close eye on everything, making the sessions enjoyable, and it's clear that he loves what he does. He is incredibly knowledgeable about muscles, stretching, and more.
I'm committed for the long haul, and I'm grateful to have the support of coach Blake and Kourtney. Thank you both for everything.
Charles Diaz (5/29/25, 3:12 PM):
I had an incredible experience joining YouFit just last week!! The front desk team made it super easy to sign up and gave me a tour! They even recommended their top trainers at great prices! I'm so excited to start my fitness journey! :)
Raymond Mitchell (5/28/25, 5:27 AM):
I absolutely adore this establishment! It was the very first gym my parents permitted me to join, and it boasts all the strength and cardio equipment I require. The subscription fee of just 14 dollars per month is an absolute steal for the value you receive.
Mark Morgan (5/27/25, 10:42 PM):
Quite an antiquated and worn-down gym facility, I must say. However, attempting to terminate your membership proves to be quite a hassle. They require extensive documentation, such as a letter from your employer, in the event that you relocate and need to provide a 30-day notice.
Eugene Bennett (5/26/25, 4:50 AM):
It's quite a challenge to cancel your membership. You must do it in person or via certified mail (seriously, who is going to bother with that?). They insist on a "wet signature"... I've never heard anyone use that term before. But yeah, that's what they want in order for you to cancel. Personally, I wouldn't even bother signing up in the first place if I were you. It's a very basic gym and they tack on maintenance fees, so it's not as cheap as they claim.
Melissa Myers (5/26/25, 12:51 AM):
What a fantastic experience I had at this fitness center! As someone who travels frequently for work, I am always on the lookout for a gym that ticks all the boxes:
1. Friendly and helpful staff
2. Clean and well-maintained environment
3. Variety of high-quality equipment
This place excelled in all three areas. The gym is spacious and has a wide range of equipment to suit any workout routine. From kettlebells and TRX to free weights, squat racks, cables, and machines, they have everything you need. They even have a 20-foot turf area with a sled for functional fitness training.
I was impressed by the cleanliness of the gym - everything was spotless, and there were plenty of cleaning stations and hand sanitizing areas. The bathrooms were immaculate, and the staff were constantly cleaning throughout my workout. It's clear that maintaining a clean and healthy environment is a top priority here.
I spoke with Gracie over the phone earlier in the day to inquire about passes, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I arrived later that day, Steve welcomed me warmly, making me feel like a valued member from the get-go. It's evident that this gym is committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle and supporting its members.
If Youfit ever opens a location in my hometown, they can count on me as a loyal member. Kudos to the Youfit team for a job well done!

Grace Reed (5/23/25, 8:17 PM):
The staff is absolutely brilliant, just so friendly and welcoming. They took the time to give me a tour of the facility and explain how all the equipment works. Everyone on the team is well-versed in fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness. I would wholeheartedly endorse this place to anyone looking to join a fitness center. 10/10, top marks!
Sara Sanders (5/23/25, 5:21 AM):
I really should have anticipated this. I've been attempting to terminate my membership for weeks now, and they keep coming up with various excuses as to why they haven't reached out to me and why my membership hasn't been canceled yet. They conveniently failed to disclose (until after I signed up) that there's a $40 service fee for everyone after three months. If you're considering becoming a member of You Fit, be sure you have no intentions of leaving because their process for discontinuing payments is incredibly inefficient. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.
Andrew Myers (5/23/25, 12:50 AM):
I shall be canceling shortly. These folks seem to exploit expectant women. My wife, who is expecting, was getting charged $89 per month for personal training sessions. She tried to pause them, but we were told they had been paused, only for the same thing to happen in the following two months.
They are now refusing to refund the money, despite my PREGNANT WIFE not being able to utilize the training sessions AND after she requested them to pause these sessions, which they failed to do. It is evident that these individuals prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.
Dylan Cook (5/20/25, 5:48 AM):
Hey folks, you absolutely must give YouFit Gym a try. It’s stocked with the perfect range of equipment for all to reap the rewards. Excellently run, spotless, and with a fantastic team to support you in reaching your fitness objectives. You won’t be let down.
Angela Green (5/19/25, 4:13 AM):
The gear is kept in top-notch condition, and I hardly ever come across any problems with busted or worn-out machines. The fitness center also features dedicated zones for functional training. There's ample room, even during the busiest times, so I seldom have to wait for equipment.
