Very accommodating and professional. The atmosphere is peaceful and the culture encourages working out. The environment is clean. I can name at least 6 to 7 people who create a pleasant atmosphere at Planet Fitness during the day.

This gym is quite unsightly and shabby. The placement of mirrors is rather peculiar, especially in the weight area which is quite subpar. Despite having four bars, there are no mirrors in front, making it difficult to check form properly. The locker room is incredibly cramped and not very clean. The trash can is always overflowing, and the sinks and mirrors are often dirty. I even found a dirty band-aid in the sink the other day. I strongly dislike this gym and only go once a week because it's conveniently on my way home. However, until CRUNCH opens, I'll be going to a different PF, even if it means going out of my way. I genuinely feel like I could fall ill from being here.

I absolutely adore Planet Fitness! One of the main reasons I joined was for the HydroMassage bed - it's a fantastic spot to get a workout in.

Everyone is just so lovely! They really make you feel welcome, even when you might not. They're super helpful with workouts. AND IT'S ALWAYS IMMACULATE!! Let's face it, cleanliness is key these days. They even have a stand-up tanning bed. I'm absolutely hooked! I can't bring myself to use the lay-down bed anymore lol. I've been a happy camper with them for more than a year now. I would definitely rave about this place!

I absolutely must give this place a rating of 1, purely due to the fact that the Women's Locker Room is utterly revolting and filthy beyond belief. It raises serious concerns about the overall cleanliness standards of the gym, particularly when it comes to the Massage Chairs and Beds. While patrons do their best to wipe things down, it is glaringly evident that a proper and thorough cleaning regimen is sorely lacking. The management really ought to address the state of the Locker Room pronto. One mirror appears as though it has been smeared with excrement, and there's consistently toilet paper strewn about the floor, or worse, feces in the one at the far end. If some sort of maintenance is required, they should really consider calling a plumber. Toilet seat covers are never available, and the area surrounding the seats is just plain disgusting. On the upside, the staff is friendly and there haven't been any issues in that regard. However, a comprehensive and regular cleaning routine is an absolute necessity, especially for the Locker room and water fountains. The filter indicator for the water fountains also suggests that a replacement is imminent.

I absolutely adore the assortment of gear at this spot. Can't wait for the plate loaded machines to roll in. The only things lacking for me are the Hammer Strength machines, similar to what they have over at the Hiram location.

I must say this gym is absolutely brilliant! I thoroughly enjoy my visits here as it's consistently spotless and the equipment always appears to be well-maintained. Most of the machines, in my experience, are in good working order, I'd rate them a 9 out of 10. However, during my last visit, the individual at the reception was engrossed in their phone, completely unaware of my actions. I duly scanned my pass and brought my husband along. While he doesn't possess his own pass, my membership allows for an additional person, so I scanned him in as well. The staff member remained oblivious, never once lifting their gaze from their device.
One minor gripe I have is the limited space allocated for stretching. I believe there is potential for improvement in this area. The yellow section, which seems underutilized, could easily be repurposed as a designated stretch zone. Whenever I engage in my stretching routine, I often find myself contorting in the vicinity of their office, as it's the sole area offering sufficient open space. A bit more room to move freely would be greatly appreciated.

I never encountered any issues with this establishment until one of their staff members neglected to cancel my membership correctly, resulting in an additional charge for the following month. According to their policy, memberships must be canceled in person or via written correspondence. I opted for the former in early June, yet I was billed again in July as the cancellation was not executed correctly on their part. Despite my attempts to reach out to management regarding a refund, I have not received a response.

I 'ad been goin' to La Fitness before, but today I tried a day pass to Planet Fitness and let me tell ya, I was blown away! The gym is a lot fancier and the equipment is newer and in much better condition. Fer example, at La Fitness the numbers on the weight machines were all peeled off, so I was just guessin' how much I was liftin', lol. And get this, a day pass at La Fitness is $20, while an upgraded membership 'ere is only $22...and you get way more bang for yer buck. The tannin', hydro massage, and total body enhancement perks were what really sold me. I ain't tried 'em yet, just signed up today, but I'm lookin' forward to givin' 'em a go. Plus, the crew there is real friendly, mate.

It's time to put down the phones and tidy up this place. It's a complete disaster, dust everywhere. Thick layer of dust. I've been here for over an hour and the girl at the front desk hasn't budged from her spot on her phone. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean. A team is only as strong as its leaders.

I've been frequenting this gym for 1 year now. Recently, as I enter the premises, these youngsters are always glued to their phones and seem unbothered by my presence. This behavior has only started about a month ago. The older individuals, on the other hand, used to always greet me with a smile.

The staff here, they really embody professionalism and friendliness, creating such a welcoming environment. The cleanliness, it's always kept up to par, and the pricing, it remains quite reasonable for the quality you receive. Recently, there have been some upgrades that really take the overall experience to the next level.

I DO ALWAYS FIND IT A LOVELY EXPERIENCE. ONE NEED NOT WORRY ABOUT YOUNGSTERS HOGGING THE SPACE, AS THE MEMBERS ARE MATURE AND EXTREMELY PLEASANT. I TRULY APPRECIATE THE ADVANTAGES OF THE BLACK CARD - IT IS INDEED WORTH IT!

I absolutely adore coming to this gym, the equipment is always spotless and readily available, and the bathrooms are kept clean too. I often like to freshen up with a shower after my workout, so the cleanliness of the bathroom is of utmost importance to me.
My only complaint about this place is the lack of enforcement of the rules that define Planet Fitness, well, as Planet Fitness. There are individuals who excessively grunt and noisily drop weights, Instagram models posing for selfies in the locker room, and some creepy individuals who stare (which every gym should take measures against).
There is a bald employee who is consistently friendly and polite, but the others just don't seem to care much about anything.
Overall, I will continue my membership, but I'll try to visit during less crowded times.

This establishment is seriously lacking in customer service! Beware of "Justin," a manager with abysmal customer service skills. Dreadfully rude; I wouldn't recommend this place as long as this individual is still part of the staff.

This is my gym. My home turf, my clear my head playground lol. I love this place. Can't wait until our location gets the hydrotherapy beds next month! The tanning is clean. The facility is always clean, and the guys and gals at the front desk are friendly and ALWAYS around. Unlike other gyms I've been a member of. It can be busy, but its spacious and there are tons of machines.
