ABSOLUTELY LIFE-CHANGING. Massive gratitude to Erin for guiding me through this journey. Our journey began with the basics, just like everyone else. I'll be honest, I wasn't too keen on it initially, but after completing the foundational program, I felt my body aligning and becoming stronger as a whole. I gained a newfound confidence in my form that I hadn't even realized was lacking before she tailored my workouts. It was reassuring to learn that everyone starts with the foundations, especially after witnessing the incredible results of her other clients who are further along in their fitness journeys. I'm thrilled that I pushed past my reservations, trusted in the program and the process, and now I'm seeing everything fall into place. Thank you immensely, Erin!!

Erin and Sean are just fantastic! Revolution Fitness is truly the top spot for personalized one-on-one and small group personal training. I've experienced both, and had the pleasure of working with Erin and Sean! The small group training is outstanding because the whole group lifts each other up and provides support during the workouts. Erin and Sean ensure that you execute the exercises correctly and maintain proper form. They seamlessly blend strength training and cardio, with an emphasis on strength training - which is right up my alley! I've personally witnessed significant results, shedding 30 pounds while gaining muscle and enhancing my strength. It's all about putting in the effort. This isn't a quick fix; it's about embracing a new lifestyle. Erin equips you with all the tools you need to thrive: meal prep guidance, tips on bringing your own food, and planning ahead. The biggest challenge is revamping your poor eating habits, but Erin will devise a personalized macro plan and adjust it as you progress with your weight loss and muscle gain journey, ensuring your success. Rome wasn't built in a day, but in just a few months, you'll witness incredible transformations. Everyone's path is unique, but Erin will motivate you every step of the way, as long as you're prepared to take ownership and put in the effort!

I undertook a 12-week challenge with Erin at the fitness center. She provided me with the ultimate recipe for success, which I diligently followed. The outcome was fantastic - I shed 18 pounds, built muscle, and boosted my self-confidence. The weekly check-ins and Zoom meetings were incredibly motivating and helped us all stay focused on our goals. The photo shoot at the end was a fantastic incentive to excel, and it was a lot of fun! I was over the moon with my progress and will definitely be returning for more challenges at the end of summer to see how much more I can achieve.

Working with Erin has been absolutely amazing! She really knows her stuff and has helped me get on the right track to start seeing results. I've learned so much about macros and weight training, and I couldn't be happier with how far I've come. Building the body you desire takes time and commitment, and I'm still on this journey with a long road ahead. If you lack motivation, this won't work for you, so be prepared to put in the effort if you truly want it. Erin always answered my questions promptly, and the weekly calls are incredibly motivating. She genuinely cares about your success and wants to see you thrive. You can't go wrong with Revolution Fitness!

Coach Erin (and Sean) and Revolution Fitness are absolutely top-notch. Their expertise surpasses many other trainers by miles. Despite my background as a trainer, I made the decision to treat myself to Erin's services for my 67th birthday, and the results were fantastic. To suggest that she knows her stuff would be an understatement. I highly recommend them.
