There seems to be a significant lack of professionalism from the "trainer" at this gym. It's a decent facility if you don't require assistance from their self-proclaimed "trainer"! I arrived, checked in with him, and received no help. He approached me 20 minutes later claiming I missed my allocated time slot! No, my friend, I checked in with you, and your unprofessional behavior was evident. It appeared to me that he is simply being paid to sit around and eat, with no visible activity! It's best to utilize their app for assistance instead!

Cheerio! What a top-notch experience at this Planet Fitness, I must say. I've frequented many gyms in me time, and this one stands out as a proper well-kept facility. The machines were spotless and showed little wear and tear. The fitness gear, tanning beds, and even the massage gizmos were all in tip-top shape. The changing rooms and loo were tidy and pleasant. And let me not forget to mention the jolly good staff. Each person I encountered was friendly and genuinely keen on helping me out with any queries I had. I'm chuffed that I joined this Planet Fitness branch and am looking forward to visiting regularly. Here's hoping other Planet Fitness locations can offer the same cracking experience in the future. All about this gym is absolutely fantastic. The staff are all lovely individuals, engaging and delightful to converse with, and they do a splendid job at keeping the place tidy and maintaining the equipment in top condition. To mention a few, Sam, David, Preston, Gianna, Thomas, Josh, and Robert are stellar folks, enjoyable to chat with, and consistently display friendly and courteous manners. The other members are generally considerate when it comes to sharing equipment and respecting others' personal space. There is never an overwhelming crowd where you have to compete or wait for machines, even during peak hours. Conversely, there is typically a good number of people present, creating a positive atmosphere with vibrant energy, and it seldom feels deserted until very late at night.

Not too shabby in general. It can be quite a challenge to locate paper towels amidst the barren and forlorn dispensers. It is rather disheartening, particularly considering the establishment operates around the clock.

I shall never again consider becoming a member of Planet Fitness. Whilst waiting at the gym for my black card membership to arrive, I had already arrived before it did and had scanned my guest pass to use a few machines. Suddenly, a staff member rudely approached me and informed me that I could only use the facilities once my black card had been processed. She did not even allow me to wait by the machines; instead, she insisted I wait at the front desk. At this point, my interest in becoming a member of the gym waned significantly. It was a disappointing and disheartening experience. I promptly left and informed my friends with black cards that this place is not to my liking.

The lady who works over there, bit older, is a bit of a Karen. I had a friend visit that place about a year back, and the lady was quite rude to her too. I dunno if she's feeling threatened by attractive women or what, but it ought to be sorted out by the higher-ups. The management knew about the situation. But it seems like the management hasn't taken any steps to address her behavior because I'm still seeing complaints a year later about the woman's conduct. Perhaps you should screen your employees and trainers more thoroughly if you want your members to stay loyal. Just my two cents.

The hydromassage tables are absolutely fabulous, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxed. It's a fantastic spot for your everyday Joe and Jane to enjoy a serene workout. The staff are exceedingly courteous and delightful individuals.
