I popped by their grand opening today and had an absolute blast. The workouts they offer are both achievable and tough. They blend HIIT with bodyweight exercises, battle ropes, medicine balls, and dumbbells. On top of that, they also provide strength classes and Pilates sessions. So much variety, it's brilliant!

Had a smashing time with my trainer Ashaunti and PFP overall! I’ve only dabbled in the women’s strength group sessions thus far, and I must say, they were quite enjoyable. I was a bit of a novice to the whole shebang and had some jitters about feeling daunted, but Ashaunti made sure everything was approachable and ensured I felt secure with the exercises, all while injecting a bit of fun and encouraging me to give it my all. A top-notch experience that won’t break the bank. Thoroughly recommend!

It was only when a friend mentioned PFP and Tom Duer that things started to change for the better. Following a barbell assessment at the gym, I immediately felt like I had found my fitness home. The personalized programs crafted by Tom and his team of coaches were a game-changer compared to the generic ones found in most gyms. I absolutely adore the laid-back atmosphere at this fitness center. It's all about enjoying the moment and having a good time, no one is too caught up in striking poses or snapping selfies. The trainers here are top-notch as well. All in all, I'm completely smitten with the whole experience!

I recently participated in a Wine and Squat event workshop at this Fitness center. I was so impressed that I ended up purchasing a groupon for 10 classes at a steal for around $40, making it a fantastic deal. Groupon is my go-to for discovering new places to work out. While I am already a member at other studios, I wanted to find a place to fill in the occasional workout gap.
The gym itself is well-lit and spotless, with lockers available for your belongings, as well as spacious single bathrooms perfect for changing – no cramped stalls here, just a room with a toilet and sink. They offer water fountains and bottled water for your hydration needs, and make sure to bring your own towel if you tend to break a sweat.
I mainly attended the power hour classes, all of which were fantastic. Jillian's classes were a personal favorite of mine. I also tried Zumba strong once, but as the only attendee in the class at the time, it felt a bit awkward with everyone else in the gym potentially watching. I'm unsure if this was a one-off or if this class generally has low attendance.
If you're seeking a fitness center where the workouts are consistently varied and challenging, I highly recommend this place. The only reason I stopped attending was because it was similar to my original gym, to which I feel a stronger connection. Additionally, I decided to incorporate spinning and barre into my weekly routine for some variety.
The atmosphere in the classes, led by friendly instructors, always had a touch of humor when things got tough – a quality that I value highly. They also offer barbell training at this facility, which is the only downside for me personally. I'm not a fan of the sound of barbells hitting the ground, so if you're someone who gets anxious easily or has PTSD, it's something to consider before joining.

This is the spot to hit up if you're looking to smash those fitness goals! Ever since I signed up, I've been shedding fat and packing on muscle in a super encouraging and enjoyable environment. Tony has tweaked my food plan and he never fails to keep the workouts both tough and engaging. His motivation is top-notch, and next thing you know, the session is done and I'm sweating buckets.

I was on the hunt for a spot to master Olympic lifting and stumbled upon PFP! Let me tell you, they have been absolutely welcoming, helpful, and all-around awesome. I thoroughly enjoy my time at this gym, as they create an incredibly beginner-friendly atmosphere. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
