Danielle Baker (4/28/25, 9:14 AM):
A massive shoutout to Donna from the Customer Service Desk for her outstanding patience and help with my transaction. Brilliant store!
Aaron Allen (4/28/25, 1:20 AM):
Why is it that Goya is the only okra available in this store, buried deep in the shelves? There are plenty of fantastic okra options from much better brands than Goya. Those in the know understand that Goya isn't the brand to trust. Why not offer whole okra, fried okra, and sliced okra from various brands?

People have had enough of excessive plastic packaging. It's time to cut down on plastic usage by endorsing sustainable brands that use eco-friendly packaging. Remember when berries used to come in straw or mulch paper baskets instead of layers of plastic?

When it comes to juices, I exclusively purchase products that come in cardboard containers. Plastic bottles take an astonishing 400 years to decompose for something you only use once.

Let's reflect on our actions and choices. Are we supporting the filling of landfills or promoting healthy, sustainable living for families?

I absolutely adore this store. My great granddaughters simply adore it. They can use those cute little green carts to do their shopping.
Patrick Green (4/22/25, 2:10 PM):
I must say, the fruit I bought was absolutely fresh and the store seemed to be spick and span. Despite visiting at night, there were no pesky pallets blocking the aisles due to restocking, and the shelves looked tidy as can be. Moreover, they had all the items I needed in stock. A truly delightful shopping experience altogether!
Judy Graham (4/17/25, 4:21 AM):
Whenever they have the high-quality steaks on sale, you can count on seeing me there!
Patricia Brooks (4/16/25, 3:57 PM):
Those folks in that store were right helpful, mate! First time I've ever been in there, I'm a trucker, and they were so friendly and helpful. You can't bring your trailer in here, but you can bobtail over here. Cheers!
Lisa Mitchell (4/16/25, 12:16 PM):
Allen and Isaiah were jolly helpful and friendly in the seafood section, even though they were quite busy, they still assisted everyone with a grin on their dial.
Russell Cox (4/15/25, 11:11 PM):
A tidy and well-organized store with a pleasant cashier. Prices are comparable to other stores in the vicinity. Strategic shopping can lead to some savings.
Hannah Anderson (4/15/25, 5:55 PM):
I absolutely adore this place! So tidy and neat!
Nicholas Reynolds (4/13/25, 9:36 AM):
The cashier was on 'er phone the entire time she was checkin' out our groceries. The employees on the floor were non-responsive to me when I said hello, but they were very friendly and boisterous with each other... almost like the customers were a big bother to 'em.
Abigail Sanchez (4/13/25, 9:06 AM):
Had a bloomin' full trolley o' bits 'n bobs and 2 folks gallivantin' about whilst we scanned our own gear. Had to bag 'em up ourselves and fetch our own bags too. Not a single full service lane open, what a shame! Seems like the folks in the shop were takin' their jobs for granted, mind yer.
Louis Hamilton (4/12/25, 6:29 PM):
The pharmacy department at this Giant store is not exactly the friendliest place to stop by. The staff members can be quite rude and disrespectful. The lady at the cashier always seems in a bad mood and treats customers as if they are a bother. There was an incident in October 2020 where she insisted that I pay for a medication that I no longer needed. After requesting to speak with a manager, it turned out I was right and I received a refund. However, the cashier questioned the manager's decision and made things more difficult for me.

In November, I received a call on 11/28/20 informing me that I had three prescriptions ready for pick up, even though I knew I should only have one. This same issue had occurred in October, where the cashier forced me to buy all three prescriptions. When I inquired about the names of the prescriptions, the person on the phone assured me that I didn't have to purchase anything I didn't want. I was then directed to the pharmacist on duty, who also responded rudely when I tried to explain the situation. Despite my attempts to clarify that two of the prescriptions were supposed to be canceled during my last visit, the pharmacist kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me speak.

Feeling frustrated by the lack of cooperation and respect from the pharmacy staff, I have decided to take my business elsewhere for my prescriptions.
Brenda Smith (4/12/25, 7:44 AM):
Absolutely dreadful service. And can you believe it, they have the audacity to lock the entrance door on one side of the building. Utter incompetence, I detest this place immensely. I shan't be returning here again, for they insist on locking the doors and aggravating me daily.
Bradley Simmons (4/11/25, 8:55 PM):
The experience 'ere is always jolly good, I must say. The staff is ever so helpful and right proper courteous. The store stays stocked with all of the cracking items I fancy, can't be beat, you know. I stopped shopping at the Safeway in the neighborhood because they're always out of everything, quite frustrating, I tell ya. I'd recommend this Giant store to anyone who asks! I don't mind the 15-minute drive from the 'ouse. It's well worth it, every bloomin' time!
Megan Carter (4/11/25, 5:07 AM):
All the items right where I wanted them. The meat department needs to go back to cutting their own meat. Horrible and black steaks sitting out. If I wanted steaks in a bag, I would have ordered online. Quite disappointing, I must say.
Susan Miller (4/10/25, 4:08 AM):
This bloomin' Giant has blown me away since steppin' foot inside nearly 2 years back. The store runs like a well-oiled machine, always chock-full of goodies and boasting a team that truly know their onions. The cherry on top is how they glide through any issues like ducks on water... You wouldn't even know there were hiccups with the way the staff carry themselves. Absolutely adore this spot... Now, if only we could get other Giant stores up to snuff. A few of 'em, just a handful, are a bit rubbish. #ProperConsumer
Julia Powell (4/9/25, 1:44 AM):
I am posting this review in hopes of averting any further misunderstandings and to inform Giant and the Baker that the cake was absolutely delicious. I truly appreciate the hard work of the baker in trying to accommodate my request. It seems that due to the size of the cake I ordered, they were unable to print the picture to fit the entire cake. As a result, the baker improvised with her own design, which, I must admit, is still a lovely cake. It's just not exactly what I had in mind when I placed the order. I suggest seeking clarity on the limitations and possibilities when ordering your cake. Giant, I commend your efforts in resolving this issue and I will definitely be placing another order in the future. I trust this feedback will help avoid any similar confusions going forward.
Layla Cox (4/8/25, 1:38 PM):
Giant doesn't 'ave the best inventory, mate. The shopping that should take you 10 minutes ends up takin' 45 minutes because you can't easily find items. They need to be more specific with namin' their aisles, innit?
Patrick Clark (4/8/25, 7:54 AM):
I was in the shop and witnessed a bloke taking all the crisps out of a packet and shoving his bag of prawns and sirloin steaks in there, which only came to $7. I reckon the shop needs some proper surveillance for their customers. It's not fair on the decent folk who pay the correct price for their goods when these dodgy customers try to damage the shop's good name. I know I should've kept me nose out of it, but I'm just trying to be fair to everyone because it's not right. So I'm telling the folks at Giant to make sure customers are paying for the right stuff.
Marilyn Williams (4/7/25, 9:51 AM):
I waited for 15 minutes after another employee called on the intercom for someone to come to the seafood department. Well, I finally left the store. The reason being, after waiting, I got a good look at the seafood display and it looked so bad, I decided why bother waiting to buy seafood that may not be healthy. The service prior to this visit and this visit confirms I need to shop somewhere else.
