The store is absolutely splendid, offering an array of fresh produce that is simply delightful.
Emily Rivera (4/28/25, 1:01 PM):
It was stocked well. The staff are friendly.
Sara Kim (4/27/25, 3:14 PM):
I shelled out nearly $5 for sandwich rolls, or as they call them here, hamburger buns, located in the bread aisle by the entrance. However, the store was tidy and relatively quiet at 5:30pm on a weekday.
Jean Jackson (4/23/25, 5:25 PM):
This is a vast establishment with an extensive inventory. I consistently locate the items I require here. However, I must admit that the level of service could use some enhancement.
Jesse Carter (4/21/25, 9:21 AM):
Do NOT recommend this establishment. The staff are extraordinarily lazy, discourteous, inept, impatient, and unfriendly individuals. The quality of service at this store has significantly declined over the past year. There have been far too many instances of unfriendliness, impatience, insincerity, and rudeness towards customers for me to continue frequenting this place. One specific cashier (Mary) displays a consistently sour attitude. Today, I observed Mary's impatience and unfriendliness towards an elderly gentleman who was struggling with the payment keypad. Although Mary eventually assisted him in completing his transaction, it was evident that she found the task bothersome. She hurriedly moved the man along, showing little regard for his situation. As I was next in line, placing my case of water on the conveyor belt, she abruptly gestured and shouted at me, ("PUT THAT BACK! LEAVE IT IN YOUR CART! I HAVE A GUN... (pausing unsettlingly)...I have a gun to scan that.") I have also shared my concerns about the Mannokeek Giant on Facebook to inform my friends not to visit there anymore.
Olivia Adams (4/20/25, 12:42 PM):
The customer service at Giant Pharmacy is quite appalling! As a new military family in the area with two sick children and myself feeling unwell, we needed a pharmacy to fill our prescriptions. We chose this one as it's the closest to our home. However, we were met with a disappointing response when we were told they couldn't fill our prescription due to lack of quantities. When I politely asked if there were any other pharmacies in the area, such as Weis, the lady working there simply said, "I only work for Giant," and walked away! It's disheartening that she couldn't offer some guidance to a family in need. It seems the individual, perhaps a Cowboys fan, working at the pharmacy could benefit from some customer service and humanity training. Kindness goes a long way.
Sharon Price (4/15/25, 9:46 AM):
Our nearest pharmacy, but mostly a letdown. Their standout quality is excellent customer service and plenty of parking space.
Sean Moore (4/13/25, 9:53 PM):
I absolutely adore this shop and its whereabouts. I frequent it quite often, and the staff are rather friendly. The establishment is always impeccably maintained. Upon my visits, they typically have an ample number of cashiers, and if queues become lengthy, they swiftly open new registers. Additionally, I appreciate the availability of 5 or 6 self-checkout lanes. The pharmacy team is also top-notch. Occasionally, I may encounter a cashier who seems to be having a rough day, but on the whole, my interactions with the store have been quite favorable, and I've been a loyal customer for a solid 6 years.
Sean Patterson (4/13/25, 12:22 AM):
Tidy shop. Impressive salad bar. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The cherry on top is the self-service checkouts for quick trips. This Giant will definitely be my main grocery store from now on.
Roger Cox (4/8/25, 5:30 PM):
The store be always spic and span, and the staff be right friendly.
Jerry Flores (4/6/25, 9:19 AM):
I ain't pleased with this here grocery store. The vegetables section be terrible. Ain't nothin' restocked after 7pm. Ya can't find no decent lookin' produce in the evenin'. Seems like they only stock in the mornin' and then never again 'til the next day.
Victoria Campbell (3/30/25, 6:44 PM):
This is me favorite corner shop. I pop in 'ere every week. I know all the folks at the deli by name - Annie knows just what tickles me fancy. Great bang for me buck and one of the cheapest joints in me neck of the woods.
Jerry Howard (3/30/25, 3:34 AM):
The shop has beggars at the front of the store. It's not safe, very aggressive.
Ronald Henderson (3/28/25, 3:53 AM):
I popped into the shop earlier today and made sure to wait until the pharmacy wasn't too busy before approaching with a quick query about an appointment. However, the pharmacist seemed uninterested from the start. She cut me off before I could even ask my question and was quite rude and dismissive. I'll return when there's someone who's willing to assist without being inconvenienced for a mere moment. The usual lady I've encountered there is usually very pleasant and would never have behaved in such a manner.
