They seem to be hiring too many youngsters and the customer service is absolutely dreadful. Do not venture to the deli or seek assistance in locating any items. I suggest popping by only if you have a clear shopping list and can make use of the self-checkout. I once had a cashier rung up my purchases without uttering a single word, not even the total amount due. Additionally, the prices are a tad steep. Nonetheless, the establishment appears tidy and well-arranged.

I absolutely adore shopping at Weis. It's never jam-packed, always spotless, and the staff is so kind and accommodating! This is my number one go-to grocery store. I only venture elsewhere if they happen to be out of a specific product that I require.

Today, I ventured into the store. I made my way to the checkout to pay for my groceries. The cashier scanned all my items, but encountered a problem with my steaks. One steak wouldn't scan, while the other was registered for $22.12. I noticed this discrepancy and brought it to the cashier's attention. She acknowledged the error and deducted $10 from the total. However, I pointed out that the correct adjustment should have been $5.06. Despite my insistence, she seemed frustrated and directed me to customer service. Her demeanor was unwelcoming, as if I had wronged her in some way.

This marks my second negative experience at your store, and regrettably, it will be my last. The lackluster response from Weis was disappointing; a simple apology for the inconvenience felt inadequate. I had hoped for reassurance that such oversights would be rectified and a token of gratitude for my loyalty, yet none was offered. As I informed the customer service representative, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

First time shopping at the shop, jolly impressed with the prices. The shop is well-kept with plenty of stock and very tidy, customer service was top-notch - very welcoming faces and ever so helpful.

Visited this neighborhood grocery store while visiting my family. My least favorite stores to go to in the area. It's alright if you don't feel like driving further to better offering grocery stores. Doesn't offer much in terms of variety and selection. Felt discriminated against by one of the female employees who made her way over to me as I was using the self-checkout (self-checkout/bagging issues). Her coming to the self-checkout was not my issue. The blatant and obvious difference in how she rudely approached me is. I had just observed her moments earlier professionally treated other store patrons by greeting and speaking to other store patrons. Now, granted, I will admit I was not dressed up as I normally am. I was dressed comfortably. Nonetheless, that is no excuse to be treated differently based solely on how you're dressed. Not friendly or courteous at all. Very aggressive - too aggressive and rude in her mannerism. Her tone was abrasive and unprofessional as she snapped at me about how I was supposed to leave the bagged items in the bagging area as opposed to putting them in my cart. Her attitude was a bit off for my liking, as if trying to be intimidating; definitely could stand to be professional, customer-friendly, and pleasant at all times to everyone (regardless of how they look or are dressed) and not just selectively.

How peculiar for the management to behave so elusive. There was a burly white gentleman overseeing other managers at Weis. I presumed he was the regional manager or proprietor. When I inquired about his role, he DECLINED to respond and chose to be enigmatic, which truly put me on edge. He appeared unsettled that I even addressed him, why? I am a patron.
I simply wanted to converse with him regarding the paper bags lacking handles, unlike other more upscale grocery stores like Mom’s. Indeed, Weis is relatively pricey. So if you are charging more, why skimp on having handles on your paper bags? Is it because those making this decision have never carried a bag of groceries?
Omitting handles on grocery bags is a significant blunder, we’ll adhere to what the county is requesting but we will be quite negligent about it. Let’s make it as economical as possible and not even provide handles like the other top-notch grocery stores do. If you genuinely cared about the environment, you wouldn’t package everything IN plastic. People, let's be truthful, these avaricious corporate individuals are so disconnected from the public that they are hesitant to even engage with them, and it's evident. The days of "yes ma'am, how may I assist you" from corporate are long gone. Corporate doesn't even make an effort anymore. They take up space in our communities, then compel us to self-checkout with our hard-earned money, just work, work, while the corporate avarice grows unchecked in a finite world.
All of this will reach a breaking point, and don't anticipate it to be pleasant because Greed isn't. The delusion that you are superior to others isn't. Behaving kindly and living with love requires more courage for some.

I popped into this store on Tuesday, the 28th of July. I must say, the lack of proper mask enforcement for both customers and staff was quite glaring. There was an employee whose mask was carelessly slipping below her nose. I kindly pointed it out to her, but she seemed rather miffed, just shrugged her shoulders, and moved away. Then there was a customer in a white pharmacy robe darting around the store with their mask similarly slipping below the nose. And to top it off, another customer had their mask constantly below the nose, touching their mouth and the produce, all while chatting away with someone at the produce section. When I headed to check out, only 2 registers were open with long lines forming. The whole situation left me feeling quite unsafe, so I decided to leave without purchasing my groceries. Definitely not worth the risk.

The good: The best selection of gluten-free items I have found in the local area.
The bad: One must carefully read the sales postings, as often you need to buy three or more items to get the sales price, which is inconvenient when they don't have enough in stock. (This was an issue even before the pandemic).
Bottom line: I have discovered a convenient grocery store for shopping, but not for all items. I still compare prices and shop between this store and at least two others for groceries.
