They promised me a deal of buy one, get one at 50 percent off, but it turns out they inflated the prices so you don't really save anything. I always knew this store was a scam, not sure why I bothered trying again. Just a waste of time and gas.

Joe in the hunting section was quite rude and unprofessional. I had to wait for a full 20 minutes before he even acknowledged me. And when it was finally my turn, Joe displayed no patience whatsoever. He seemed unconcerned about the long wait I had already endured. There was nobody else available to assist me in the fishing area, making for a truly unpleasant experience after waiting so long for help. The only positive aspect of my visit to Dick's Sporting Goods yesterday was a gentleman named Raschad, who wasn't even an employee but happened to overhear my situation and came to my aid. He helped me choose the right fishing rod, reel, line, and more. However, it's disappointing that I had to rely on a stranger for good service rather than the store itself. I won't be returning.

The service was dreadful and we had to return our purchase. Upon opening the box at home, it was clear that the item had been damaged by a forklift. We then had to drive back to the store, which was a 45-minute journey. As a result, the birthday present ended up being late.
