Not worth $40 a month, old chap. The staff is quite pleasant, but there's not quite enough equipment or space. The facilities are rather clean, though.

I was quite surprised by the high price of this gym; it's rather small and lacks a variety of equipment. The steep cost might be due to the scarcity of gyms on the Dallas side of Paulding County. When I heard the price, I was already mentally checking out. I think I'll stick to working out on my own with my adjustable bench and dumbbells, cycling, and running on the Silver Comet Trail - plus, it's free!

The staff here are incredibly helpful, they have all the necessary equipment, it's convenient, and affordable too! I just signed up in person at the cedarcrest location and it was a splendid experience, indeed! Johnny was the representative who assisted me, and he was absolutely fantastic. Unlike some other gym sales representatives, he wasn't pushy at all; instead, he allowed me to steer the conversation. Although I've only just signed up, everything seems to be going swimmingly so far!

Pricey for the value. Super handy for folks living in Bentwater and Seven Hills. Quite cramped, leading to safety issues in several spots. The ellipticals, treadmills, and stationary bikes are not properly maintained or cleaned. If the TV screens on the machines stop working, they just take them out instead of repairing them.
Some trainers are truly excellent and inspiring.

TRAVIS IS A FANTASTIC COACH. I was keen on mastering powerlifting, and Travis guided me through the whole process. It was a real team effort. Travis is the go-to trainer at this gym. I cannot recommend him enough, A+ all the way!

DON'T BOTHER COMING HERE! My mum was diagnosed with cancer, so we visited a couple of months back to cancel her membership due to her receiving treatment. We were assured it was cancelled, but now we see that the gym is still charging her. When we called them, they insisted on having a doctor's note to allow the cancellation, which is absolutely ridiculous. I'll be cancelling my own membership in January because of this terrible experience, as well as because I didn't find the gym to be worth the $30 monthly fee for its limited equipment. We'll be going back to Crunch instead!
