The staff is jolly good, with top-notch group exercise instructors and ample space. No queuing for equipment here, and the atmosphere is positively tranquil. They're quite handy with personal training tips, I must say.

Hello Dusty, I apologize that your visit did not meet your expectations. We offer complimentary wifi, a designated TV zone, coloring materials, and games for kids. It's important to note that children must be at least 10 years old to join our fitness classes. Although youngsters are welcome in the lounge area, access to the workout areas is restricted for safety reasons, as indicated by the sign. Please feel free to reach out if you require any further assistance.

I popped into the gym to register for a membership and the lady who said she was on staff had me jot down my details on a piece of paper and handed me an access code for the door. The following evening, the code wouldn't work and I had to wait to be let in. Additionally, the phone number provided is now out of service. When I took my lunch break to swing by, I found the door to be firmly locked.

Ever since the change in ownership of this gym, I must say things have taken a turn for the better. There's an array of equipment available to cater to all kinds of fitness goals. The new owner is quite accommodating and seems to have everything more streamlined. I had a chat with her about the future plans for the gym including classes and additional facilities, and I must say, it appears they are on the right track. The place is always kept clean and the equipment is actually functional, and if there happens to be an issue, they promptly attend to it, which is a refreshing change from my past experiences at other gyms. Excited to see the evolution of this gym!

Absolutely dreadful experience at this gym. They claimed to be family-friendly and even reassured me that my wife could bring the kids along to her class. However, on the very first day, a sign was displayed stating that children were not permitted in the class. I felt completely misled and disappointed by the false information provided.

My husband popped over to inspect this gym to explore the possibility of enrolling us in a family membership. While he was perusing the premises, he realized that there was no restroom in sight, so he decided to inquire with a staff member... Apparently, there is no restroom available for patrons. How can a gym operate without a restroom? I assume there are also no facilities for changing or showering post-workout. It just doesn't add up! I'm baffled by this revelation and find it hard to fathom why an employee would claim there's no restroom if that were truly the case. Alas, we have decided against joining this establishment!
