This amazing gym has everything you need to have a fantastic powerlifting session, as well as a great variety of machines. The indoor track is really enjoyable, and did you know that 22 laps equals one mile?

There are some fantastic low-impact machines suitable for cardio workouts, as well as a variety of other machines to use, including free weights and a treadmill. I reckon it's a top-notch spot for getting your sweat on, and the staff is absolutely brilliant.

Great gym that accommodates everyone, even those focused on heavy lifting. The clientele is varied in terms of age, gender, and fitness level. People are either sociable or prefer to keep to themselves. I never struggle to find an available treadmill or elliptical machine, and I hardly ever have to wait for other equipment. The large fans, seating, water bottle refill station, and weighing scales are really convenient.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, the area is spacious with plenty of equipment and machines for working out. You can access it 24 hours a day with a membership. I highly recommend it!
