This gym is absolutely rubbish! The access keys never seem to work, and they were attempting to extort extra money from me! The staff are completely unprofessional and impossible to contact. I strongly advise against using their services!

Lovely little 24-hour gym. I do say, it could do with a tad more variety in the machines, but considering its size, they offer a plethora of options. The treadmills, oh my, they are simply splendid and posh. I've visited at various times throughout the day, and it's never terribly crowded.

Lovely gym, innit? Not too massive, not too puny. Plenty of machines so no waiting around, spick and span with a charming yoga studio. Staff are friendly as well.

To kick things off, save your cash. The machinery is a bit dated and crammed together, and it's clear that they aren't reinvesting much in the gym. Furthermore, the monthly fee is significantly higher compared to local rivals. For half the price, you can find a gym with better quality equipment and staff if you're willing to drive an extra 3 or 4 miles. Additionally, when I joined, the staff noticed me coming in and waiting in the lobby. They carried on gossiping and only attended to me once they finished. They were impolite and seemed eager to just get you signed up. I only went ahead with it because of the gym's proximity to my house, but have since switched gyms. Drive a little further. You'll find much better equipment, facilities, staff, and amenities there.

I've been going to this gym for 5 years now, and I must say, I'm quite disappointed with the recent changes taking place. The location and staff are top-notch, but the cramped layout of equipment makes it unsafe and sometimes impossible to load weights when someone is using a machine nearby. It seems like there's no maintenance on these ancient machines either. A few of us are considering switching to the Fitness Factory opening up nearby.

Just wanted to provide some perspective with my previous review.

On a brighter note, it's a fantastic 24-hour gym that has everything I need. If you time it right, you can have the whole place to yourself!

This gym is superb as it is conveniently situated near my abode. The apparatus may be a tad antiquated, but they are still functional. The main hiccup is that the cardio and weight machines are segregated, and during classes in the middle room, they close the doors and expect you to exit and re-enter through another door. It isn't too bothersome, however I inadvertently left my key card in the weight room while transitioning to some cardio exercises. Had I not realized this, I would have found myself locked out, prompting me to disrupt the ongoing class in order to retrieve my card from the weight room.

It's jolly convenient being just a stone's throw from my humble abode, which is why I decided to give it a whirl. If only they had changing facilities and washrooms, though! Moreover, the absence of mirrors in the yoga area could be seen as a bit bothersome by some. The gym kit is adequate for a spot of basic exercise. On the bright side, they keep their doors wide open 24 hours a day, which is a definite plus. Cheers!
