Despite speaking to three different managers who assured me via email that my charges were a thing of the past and the fees had been waived (which weren't even my responsibility in the first place), I continue to see charges on my account. How can I have four individuals confirm the cancellation of my membership, only to still be billed? Caution is advised.

Oh my goodness, I am absolutely smitten with this gym. I have a mate who works at a larger gym, but I'm the one persuading him to switch over, ha. This gym is spot on - not too massive, but not too puny either. Despite the number of members, there's always plenty of room to work up a sweat. Absolutely top-notch. I heart you ❤

What a splendid experience to enroll at Fitness Factory with the delightful staff members Alyssa and Emily! Friendly, helpful, charming, and warm, they instantly made us feel at home. The gym is vast and well-equipped. We signed up for a month while on holiday at a very reasonable rate. Kudos to Emily and Alyssa for their cheerful dispositions and personable service. Can't wait to return there today. Highly recommended!

Having had the pleasure of designing a couple of these facilities, what I can sum up for all those considering a new workout location... these chaps care about quality spaces, quality equipment, good layouts, lots of opportunity, care about the user experience, and simply put... a jolly good place to be a member of!!! Yes, DO HAVE A LOOK, you will be pleased to find a place un-intimidating and comfortably suited to fit your workout needs.
