The staff is practically non-existent. I inform all my mates in Brighton that this gym is free since no one is ever manning the front desk. Today, I waited for 15 minutes for a barbell pad for my missus and there wasn't a soul in sight. I've taken to bringing my own wipes, as whenever the elderly chap is on duty, there are never any towels at the cleaning stations. Planet Fitness, as a whole, has a poor reputation in the weightlifting community, so they really can't afford any slip-ups.

This gym is always bustling! But it's a lovely one. Particularly for the convenience and the spaciousness, it's my go-to when I'm out of town. I can't say anything negative. I pop in my headphones and get my workout in. The staff appeared pleasant and busy. The machines are top-notch for their intended purposes.

It’s so simple to sign up for a gym membership, but it feels like an uphill battle when you try to cancel. We decided to switch from Planet Fitness to a gym that better suits our needs as we’ve progressed beyond the basic level. However, canceling our Planet Fitness membership has been a nightmare. Most other gyms allow you to cancel over the phone or via their app, but with Planet Fitness, nope. You have to either visit in person or send a letter and hope it reaches the right person who actually follows through. It has been the most frustrating experience, not to mention that Planet Fitness isn’t the best gym around. Invest a bit more money and opt for a reputable gym that truly values its customers.

I say, these opening hours are an absolute jest. Shutting up shop at 7:00 pm? Furthermore, there's never any stock in the sanitizing sprays and the lavatory reeks like a herd of skunks trampled through! They're getting away with this behavior because there ain't no other gym in the vicinity. I shan't be frequenting this establishment again, I declare.

I 'ave been a member 'ere at the gym in Brighton Co since it opened. It 'as gone totally downhill. The owner and manager obviously do not oversee the day-to-day operations. The manager and staff do not keep the ladies' locker room clean or in good operating condition. The sinks and countertop are always dirty, only one soap dispenser works and 'as been that way for months, only one 'and dryer works and that 'as been the case for well over a year! The televisions do not all seem to broadcast to the 'eadsets on the cardio equipment, no one seems to know 'ow to fix that as well as the 'and dryer or broken equipment. I just do not understand where all the gym membership money they receive goes if it is not going back into the gym itself for repairs!! Just sayin'...

Just arrived in Brighton from Lakewood and signed up for a membership here at the gym. I've visited a few times already, and it's a really splendid facility. It's spotless, the staff are pleasant, and they offer a much wider range of options compared to the ones in Lakewood. I'm excited to start putting in the effort here 💪...

Oh my, so grateful I perused the reviews before committing to an online membership. I've recently relocated to Brighton and am presently a member at Vasa in Thornton. I was hoping to find a gym nearer to my new residence since I work night shifts. However, encountering equipment problems, cleanliness issues, theft concerns, the Planet Fitness nearby isn't open 24 hours, and charging $3 more than Vasa which offers a pool and steam room has left me feeling disheartened. It's certainly not ideal, but I suppose I'll stick with Vasa and endure the commute. Not good at all.

I fancy hitting the gym in the late morning rather than in the evenings, it tends to get quite crowded by then. Other than that, everything is splendid. The staff is friendly, the workout area is spotless, and the atmosphere is just fantastic.

I popped in 'ere to terminate me membership 'at I 'ad for about 5 years. The staff were incredibly 'elpful and kind. I also appreciated 'at they didn't make me feel bad for canceling and didn't charge me a fee to do so. I'll be swingin' back in when me newborn baby gets a bit older. Cheers!

The staff are quite friendly, but overall, this Planet Fitness isn't my top choice. The machine selection seems a bit unbalanced (lots of ellipticals and treadmills, but often a wait for abdominal weight machines). The main area needing improvement is cleanliness. There are visible dust bunnies in various corners, and the women's locker room is somewhat unclean.

I canceled my membership back in March due to the pandemic, and I wasn't charged. I thought everything was sorted out with my account. However, to my surprise, I discovered in September that they had been charging me for a few months. The employees there were terrible when it came to canceling memberships. To make matters worse, they tried to shift the blame onto me. They claimed they had no record of my cancellation.

The BATHROOMS ARE QUITE FILTHY AND HAVE A TERRIBLE ODOR. This gym is very basic but still functional, not too shabby for $10 a month. HOWEVER, BE WARNED! A $45 fee is charged after 2 months, and they sneakily charge this annually after the initial 2 months of membership without informing you. If you wish to cancel your membership, you'll need to do so a month in advance because they will still charge you for an extra month from when you physically go to the gym and cancel in person.

My husband and I have been members since they opened the Brighton Club and we could not be happier. The facilities are the cleanest we've seen and the staff is super friendly and attentive. It's lovely to have a gym in Brighton that caters to its members. If you're looking for a full-service gym, you'll be getting the best with Planet Fitness of Brighton. Keep up the great work!

I've been going to this gym for 8 months now. Every time I walk in, no one bothers to greet me. The staff here is very unprofessional. For example, there was this guy who I think works for Planet Fitness, although he's never in proper uniform and has tattoos all over his body. This guy forcefully grabbed my arm and readjusted my hand when I was trying to scan my phone because their scanner wasn't working properly. It was extremely rude and I won't be returning.

I absolutely adore Planet Fitness! The staff is so lovely, there's a ton of equipment, it's impeccably clean, and it's much more affordable compared to other gyms. I'm a huge fan of the additional perks that come with the black card membership, like the vibration plate and the option to bring a buddy at any time. But hands down, the standout feature of this gym is their outstanding personal trainer. She's truly transformed my fitness journey. The sessions are complimentary with your membership, and they really keep you fired up and ensure you don't hit a workout plateau.
