I just stopped by the Bristol location to have a look around, and they were really kind and helpful. They gave me a tour even though I won't be able to use this specific location as it's a bit far out for me. Nonetheless, they were very accommodating.

The Planet Fitness where I hail from in Indiana has top-notch trainers who'll dedicate time to work with you, plus they boast superior equipment. Quite a bit of the gear at the Kingsport Planet Fitness needs some maintenance, a good once-over, and a touch of oiling and greasing.

I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in search of a laid-back atmosphere with a great variety of equipment and facilities. I experienced an issue in the past with some of the men's restroom facilities being out of order for an extended period, however, this was promptly resolved after my initial review. Whether it was a stroke of luck or not, the swift resolution of the matter suggests to me that the staff genuinely values and pays attention to customer feedback.
