The coaches here actually take the time to coach, not just follow a script. It's a friendly and inviting club that I love coming back to day after day, week after week.

Let me tell ya, OTF- Brooklyn Park is somethin' else! The folks at the front desk are as friendly as can be, and the coaches really know how to keep ya engaged. Every time I step foot in that Orange Theory, I just know it's gonna be the high point of my day. No matter what's goin' on in my personal life, those coaches make sure to meet me where I'm at, checkin' in often, and pushin' me to be the best version of myself. It ain't just a gym to me, it's like a second home, with bangin' tunes, positive vibes, and a fantastic sense of community. As a former college athlete, I was searchin' for a place that could challenge me while also havin' a supportive crew around me. And let me tell ya, this place has got it all - it's all about pushin' yourself to reach your fitness and health goals. Plus, they've got some awesome social events where you can get to know the person sweatin' it out on the treadmill next to ya! So, in conclusion, I give it a solid 10/10 recommend from yours truly!

Recently, there have been some changes at this gym location that I am not pleased with. About seven months ago, I rated this place five stars, but now I'm reconsidering. Here are my current reasons for this change:

1. Previously, we had some excellent coaches who would teach classes on consecutive days. However, now there's a different coach every day, which has affected the consistency and quality of instruction.

2. This leads me to my next point. There are two coaches who are not up to par, and members have expressed their dissatisfaction. Consequently, attendance in their classes has dropped significantly.

3. Some coaches are not open to receiving feedback from members. When given constructive criticism, they take it personally and tend to ignore the feedback during classes.

4. To be fair, there are one or two exceptional coaches, such as Martin, whose classes in Brooklyn Park are always full. On the other hand, the 90-minute class in Brooklyn Park on Sundays is not as popular, but Martin's class in St. Louis Park is consistently in high demand, with members often having to join a waiting list.
