Fantastic vibe for pursuing your fitness goals at this gym. There's a wide range of fitness levels here, catering to beginners as well as advanced enthusiasts, but the atmosphere is always positive. I've been a member of this gym for a solid two years now.
Dennis Garcia (6/14/25, 1:51 AM):
What a lovely atmosphere! The gym-goers are so friendly, it's almost like being with family. The front desk staff are welcoming and pleasant, especially the lady with the funky lip colors. The cleaning crew does an amazing job of keeping the gym spotless, and I even see them re-racking weights, although they shouldn't have to. I absolutely adore this place.
George Myers (6/13/25, 6:04 AM):
The gym has had its ups and downs. Lately, it has gotten a new set of equipment and has reorganized the weight machines. Despite our previous not-so-great experiences at this gym, as long as there are visible improvements in customer service, cleanliness, and facility maintenance, I will be inclined to recommend this gym to fellow fitness enthusiasts.
Chloe Rogers (6/12/25, 12:31 PM):
The machines are in need of a thorough cleaning, particularly the cardio ones. The women's sauna has loose boards on the lower level in the corner.
Would it be possible to install a clock outside the sauna to keep track of time?
The outlets in the farthest row are a bit loose.
Some bathroom doors do not fully close or close easily.
Katherine Foster (6/10/25, 12:57 PM):
Brilliant gym with a wide range of equipment. And the best part is, it's open 24 hours! We could do with more gyms like this. They even have outdoor equipment in addition to the upstairs equipment. They've recently had a remodel as well.
Jean Green (6/7/25, 1:12 AM):
The staff doesn't pick up the blower. I rang all day to check if they were open on New Year's Day 1/1/25, and just hopped in me motor to go there. Found all the staff huddled at the front desk having a natter, dreadful customer service, mate.
Sophia Ross (6/7/25, 12:32 AM):
I absolutely adore this gym ever since the renovation, but the spacing between the machines has become a tad too snug, risking potential injuries. Apart from that, it boasts a fantastic atmosphere with dedicated workout enthusiasts.
Olivia Patterson (6/6/25, 7:06 PM):
This gym is absolutely brilliant, mate! The workout community is so motivating and everyone is grinding away without stopping. I'd easily give it 5 stars for the top-notch equipment, the fact that it's open 24 hours, AND CAN YOU BELIEVE IT HAS A BLOOMIN' DAYCARE? Best gym I've come across in this area and at a cracking price. If there was one thing that could use a bit of improvement, I reckon it'd be the restroom – could do with a bit of an update. But overall, this gym is spot on, no doubt about it.
Russell Myers (6/6/25, 8:54 AM):
At times, it can get a bit bustling and there's a surplus of folks sitting about filming themselves instead of engaging with the gear. Furthermore, during the mornings, there are many individuals reserving machines claiming they're "using two or three machines" simultaneously. Quite vexing, I must say.
Nonetheless, this situation is more a reflection on the environment rather than the gym itself. The gym is tidy, regularly acquires new equipment, and the staff are amiable. All in all, it's a decent gym.
Joe Kim (6/6/25, 12:42 AM):
I am aware that the gym is currently undergoing a transition with new management. However, the upkeep of the equipment is subpar. Will the treadmills and ellipticals be replaced? And what's the story with the outdoor equipment? The benches have sharp edges where one can potentially injure themselves, as the metal has become warped.
Moreover, why are members permitted to bring in Bluetooth speakers and amplify their music over the gym's existing playlist? It seems rather uncouth.
Stephen Garcia (6/4/25, 3:29 AM):
My trainer Wiz is like, the main reason I even bother coming to this gym, otherwise I'd totally be checking out somewhere else. I hit the gym in the morning and the bins are always overflowing, like what's up with that? So many times there isn't any cleaning stuff to wipe down the gear before or after using it, and there are a bunch of machines out of order which messes up how many folks can do a certain exercise. I wish management could get on top of these things, ya know?
Karen Perry (6/4/25, 2:51 AM):
That gym is proper fire, mate!
The vibes from the "members" are next level.
My only bit of feedback would be about the front desk. My first impressions were that the team could do with a bit of coaching on friendliness. No smiles, no greetings, just mediocre attitudes, and that affects the members' workout experience.
The team seems a bit knackered, like they're working too hard.
Just some thoughts from a fresh pair of eyes in the gym.
Victoria Russell (5/29/25, 4:00 PM):
I was in here yesterday morning and a dust pan was in the middle floor with pieces of paper towels on the floor next to it. The sauna is in need of repairs in major and clean up or revamping of the cleanup/maintenance crew. When I walked in there wasn’t anyone around. A hour and a half to 2 hours later when I was leaving there wasn’t there either. Also the green butterfly equipment seemed out of place and low quality.
Ann Carter (5/29/25, 1:42 PM):
On March 19, 2024, there were no paper towels available to wipe down the equipment before and after use at the gym. When I went to the front desk, the staff told me that there was a delay with the delivery and the paper towels would arrive the next day. I suggested that they could go to nearby stores to buy some, but they refused. Moreover, when I asked if there were any paper towels behind the desk, they said no.
I informed my personal trainer about the situation, and he kindly got me a sheet of paper towel to use on the treadmill. However, I am disappointed with the unprofessional and dishonest behavior of the staff at this gym. The equipment here is consistently in poor condition, and they don't provide replacements when parts are failing. If you're thinking of working out here, don't expect too much. I would recommend supporting local gyms like Life Fitness instead.
This incident is not the only problem I've faced here. A few months ago, an older man made me uncomfortable by staring at me while I was exercising. I raised this with the manager, but it's evident that this gym doesn't prioritize the comfort and safety of its members. I will be looking for a new gym membership elsewhere.
Nicole Barnes (5/27/25, 8:04 AM):
Ever since coming back to the gym, there 'ave been quite a few changes 'ere at this place. The availability of Yoga and Pilates classes 'as been greatly reduced, and the gym equipment (particularly for yoga and spin) be needin' some proper care. It's a shame that me membership dues are still bein' collected, but the gym equipment 'asn't been gettin' the attention it deserves.
Betty Roberts (5/24/25, 4:44 PM):
I absolutely adore coming to this place in the late afternoon. No matter what time it is, this gym is consistently spotless and offers a wide array of exercise choices.
Rachel Gray (5/24/25, 4:08 AM):
I went away for a fortnight and upon my return today, I laid eyes on the novel boxing gear. The management and personnel are truly stepping up their game 🙌 without a doubt, the finest gym in existence 💪 🙌 👏 ...
Charles Long (5/23/25, 1:36 PM):
What a brilliant spot! It's got a real old-school vibe with all the latest machines you could need. My personal favorite is the outdoor area at the back with the iron weights - there's something special about working up a sweat in the early morning as the sun rises or at night under the stars.
I had a blast climbing the two ropes hanging from the ceiling. Huge thank you to Eric and Trey for making my week at this spot so enjoyable. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town. Cheers!
Joseph White (5/21/25, 2:09 PM):
"Let me tell you something, mate. I've been a member of this gym since around 2020, and I must say I absolutely adore it here. The fact that it's open 24 hours is brilliant. The cleaning staff really go above and beyond, you know what I mean? There's a great vibe here with people who are putting in the hard work, as well as those 'insta' types, so you get a bit of everything. It does get a bit annoying at times because too many folks don't bother putting their equipment back, so you might have to mix up your workout routine.
They've got a cracking sauna, which is top-notch. I love the outdoor workout area and the bathroom mirror is spot on. Loads of treadmills and ample parking. The programming is solid as well. Although they could step up their game with the water fountain – it was out of order for a spell over the summer. Not sure if it's been sorted now as I've started filling up my bottle at home, but it was a bit of a bother, you know what I mean?
There are definitely peak hours that I try to avoid, but overall, I've got a lot of love for this place!"
Ralph Baker (5/20/25, 11:45 AM):
I 'ave been a member of this gym fer three years now and I 'ave to say, it is definitely one of a kind. The trainers 'ere are all great and you could literally pick any one and get great knowledge and workouts. But what really sets this gym apart is the sense of community. It truly feels like a mini family 'ere.
I 'ave never been to a gym quite like this one. The atmosphere is so welcomin' and everyone is so friendly. It's amazin' to see people of all ages and fitness levels comin' together to work towards their goals.
One minor issue be that findin' a station with paper towels and spray can be a bit of a hassle. It would be great if the staff could make rounds every hour to replenish supplies.
Another issue be that durin' classes, people are allowed to walk into rooms to grab equipment which can be extra distractin'. Additionally, 'avin' to clean the room up before class should be the staff's task and not those wantin' to participate.
Speak of staff, the ol' 'eads who work at the front desk always speak or acknowledge ya to be spoken to... Appreciated! It's a bit off-puttin' when someone is at the desk and doesn't even acknowledge ya, especially when ya see them multiple times a week.
Overall, this gym be truly one of a kind and I am so grateful to be a part of this amazin' community.
