I had a jolly good time at this gym back in the day, I must say. Honestly, it still stands out amongst the rest in my book. However, I made the decision to end my membership because they didn't reopen the kids club. With two strapping lads of my own, it's quite the challenge to hit the gym when the missus is busy as well. The kids club may have been on the smaller side, but it was chock-full of activities and the staff truly adored the little ones. We still keep in touch with Miss Karen, who's been watching our youngsters grow since they were knee-high. It's a real shame they never brought it back into action.

Absolutely love hitting the gym, but it can get rather packed at certain hours and the equipment supply falls short for the number of us enthusiasts! There's just the one smith machine we all queue up for, and sometimes I miss out on snagging a turn. The story is no different with a couple of other machines. They're meant to be getting more gear in and bidding farewell to the cinema room soon. It's also a bummer that they've nixed their kids club. As a result, I'm unable to swing by during less hectic times.

I absolutely adore this gym! The folks here are top-notch, which sets it apart from other gyms. That's why I don't mind the 25-minute drive just to work out here. It's impeccably clean! And the steam room? Fantastic ambiance! I cannot recommend it highly enough!

The gym is absolutely brilliant! The camaraderie among members is top-notch; however, the soap in the restrooms leaves much to be desired. Honestly, it's quite lacking in cleaning power. It may sound trivial, but upgrading to an antibacterial soap that actually gets the job done wouldn't break the bank for them!

Thus far, I must say things are going quite swimmingly. The premises remain consistently spotless with no lingering odors to speak of. The personnel are consistently amicable and eager to assist whenever necessary. All in all, I must confess, I am quite enamored with this establishment.

A rather decent spot for a workout, I must say. The cleanliness is mostly up to par.

However, there are a couple of aspects that warrant a deduction of two stars:
- Regrettably, the maintenance team tends to take their sweet time in fixing machines once they're out of order. It's not uncommon for it to drag on for months, which, quite frankly, is rather unusual.
- The water pressure in the showers is practically nonexistent. It doesn't seem to be a general water pressure issue but rather a deliberate choice, as if they've deliberately fitted the shower heads to diminish the pressure to an impractical level for a proper wash.
- They could benefit from enforcing stricter time limits for machine use. There are some users who merely park themselves on a machine and get lost in their phones for what seems like an eternity...

What is the protocol here? Are we prioritizing answering phone calls over helping guests who are waiting at the front desk? And when there are two team members available at the front desk, can they both attend to phone calls before assisting guests in person? This situation needs to be addressed promptly! Also, please attend to the maintenance of the extra tanning booth. Thank you.

I've been a member of this gym since before it was even completed, but it's time for me to bid adieu. The steam room is in a constant state of disarray, and the showers have a water flow so feeble it's akin to a mere trickle. When I raised these concerns with the staff, they conceded that it's a prevalent issue—one that has plagued me for years. To add insult to injury, the town service that was once at my disposal is no longer on offer. I anticipated superior upkeep and customer care, but regrettably, this establishment falls short of the mark. Onwards to a gym that is cleaner and more efficient.
